Biathlon is a combination of cross-country skiing and shooting, testing the ability of players to switch between movement and static. In the previous competitions of the Beijing Winter Olympics, he had already won a gold and a bronze. France's Contan Fi Mayer finished second with a gap of 25.5 seconds, while another Norwegian player, Talyy Beauer, the brother of champion Johannes, finished third.
In China, a total of four players, Cheng Fangming, Yan Xingyuan, Zhu Xiangyu and Zhang Chunyu, participated, Cheng Fangming won the 32nd place in 25 minutes 53 seconds 3, and Yan Xingyuan finished 40th in 26 minutes 16 seconds 7. According to the regulations, the top 60 runners in the sprint race qualified for the pursuit, and both Chinese players achieved this qualification, and the competition will be held on the 13th.
