Materials
2 long potatoes (about 400g each)
Crushed black pepper 5 g
Salad oil 20 g
Bacon 3 tablets
Cumin powder, paprika, green onion to taste
How to do it
01. Wash the long potatoes (without peeling), place a pair of chopsticks underneath, and cut the potatoes into 0.3-0.5 cm thick slices. (Do not cut off at the bottom)
02. Wrap the potatoes in foil, set the oven to heat up and down at 230 degrees, put the potatoes into the middle grilling net, bake for about 30 minutes.
