Announcement of the Gaotang County Market Supervision Bureau on cleaning up the long-suspended and uninhabited enterprises

In accordance with the work arrangements and requirements of the State Administration for Market Regulation, the State Administration of Taxation and the Shandong Provincial Market Supervision Bureau on clearing up long-term suspended enterprises, our bureau will conduct a centralized clean-up of enterprises that have not submitted annual reports in accordance with the law and have not made tax declarations for two consecutive years or more in 2019 and 2020, enterprises that have not opened for more than 6 months without legitimate reasons or have suspended their business for more than 6 consecutive months after opening.

Enterprises that have not submitted their annual reports in accordance with the law are requested to seize the time to make up the annual reports of the unsubported years, re-handle tax-related matters, or go through the formalities of changing or canceling registration before March 20, 2022. For market entities that have not gone through the relevant procedures within the time limit, our bureau will revoke the business license in accordance with the provisions of Article 211 of the Company Law of the People's Republic of China and article 36 of the Law of the People's Republic of China on Sole Proprietorship Enterprises.

The list of enterprises that have not reported annually for more than two consecutive years, including Gaotang Fuquan Wood Industry Co., Ltd., is hereby announced.
