However, in accordance with the Administrative Punishment Law and other legal provisions, when the administrative detention penalty may be given in accordance with the law, the parties have objections, and the driver with a large number of full scores deals with traffic violations, the public security traffic management department needs to go through a strict investigation before making an administrative punishment decision, and this investigation process needs to be completed by the public security traffic management department of the place where it occurred, and the parties cannot handle it in different places.
* Penalty amounts vary
According to the Road Traffic Safety Law, each province, autonomous region and municipality directly under the Central Government may stipulate specific implementation standards according to the actual situation of the region. For handling traffic violations in different places, administrative penalties shall be made by the public security traffic management department of the place of occurrence, and the standard of fines at the place of occurrence shall be enforced.

* Consequences of untimely handling
If you do not deal with the violation in a timely manner, you will bear the following consequences:
(1) If the on-site order is not paid for more than 15 days, a late fee of 3% of the fine amount will be incurred every day from the 15th day onwards (the maximum amount of the fine shall not exceed the amount of the fine);
(2) If the fine is not paid, the score of the current cycle of the driver's license will be transferred to the next scoring cycle;
(3) The vehicle cannot successfully pass the annual examination.
* How to pay fines
1. Payment by business outlets: The payer can pay the fine at the correspondent bank with the administrative punishment decision letter or the number of the administrative punishment decision letter issued. After collecting the fine, the correspondent bank will issue a payment voucher to the payer;
2. Mobile App payment: Enter the "Traffic Management 12123" APP, click [Fine Payment] or click [More] to enter the business center [Illegal Processing Business] - [Illegal Handling / Fine Payment].
Note: "Traffic Control 12123" not all violations can be handled, with the following restrictions:
(1) Off-site violations of motor vehicles that have been filed under or not under the name of the person;
(2) Handling off-site violations of warnings, or penalties of less than 200 yuan and a penalty of less than 6 points (inclusive);
(3) Motor vehicles that are not in person will only deal with new traffic violations that occur after the filing date.
* How to identify whether there is really a different place to violate the law?
