Poland's view on Russia.

Let's not talk about history. I have been to Poland, a country with beautiful scenery, in the north of Gdansk (formerly known as Danzig), because it was the fuse of World War II, and later built a World War II museum. From the point of view of aggression, it is indeed quite tragic, but what makes me notice is that in the second half of the exhibition hall, the Poles are shown to have come out of the quagmire of World War II, but have fallen into another quagmire, and have been ruled and oppressed for more than 50 years.

I think that many things in life should be seen from the perspective of those who have personally experienced it, and as an outsider, there is no qualification to comment. But I met a lot of people in Poland, and when I chatted, I did find that their hostility to Russia was in their bones, similar to other Baltic states. Hate and fear.

Once I met a German son-in-law in a car in Croatia, and he said that when he first went to Poland, he was nervous because his ancestors had committed so many crimes against Poland. But, to his surprise, young Polish people were friendly to the Germans, as brothers, as if they were of the older generation. It's similar to my impression that they don't hate the Germans, they're all EU anyway, just against Russia. If Russia loses, my Polish friend will be happy.

If you've seen the movie Warren, you'll know the bloody history between Poland and Ukraine. But when I went to Poland before the epidemic, about 1 million Ukrainians worked in Poland, many of them waitresses, and more than 1 million Poles went to work in the UK. Many years ago, Ukraine's economy was already poor.

Now all the Poles can do is help Ukraine as much as possible against Russia. I have a Polish friend who married a Russian girl, and the brother is getting fatter and fatter, and the daughter-in-law is getting thinner and thinner. #媒体人周刊 #
