Jiang Yingli extended a warm welcome to Professor Xu Yan and his entourage. She said that from 2019 to the present, Langjiu has cooperated more closely with jiangnan university in scientific research, and has explored more in-depth processes such as koji making, winemaking, and storage. The two sides will further deepen cooperation in the aspects of "winemaking ecology" and "talent ecology" to create scientific research results and gradually apply them to the production practice of langjiu. Based on the improvement of the "quality and taste" of Langjiu, the two sides conducted in-depth discussions on the aspects of winemaking ecology, brewing process, storage, and wine body design, and reached a short-, medium- and long-term cooperation consensus.
At the beginning of the establishment of the Langjiu Quality Research Institute in 2019, Professor Xu Yan was invited to serve as an expert committee member. In 2020, Professor Xu Yan's team visited Langjiu and held a communication meeting on the "opening topic" of the microenvironment research project. In 2021, the team of Langjiu Quality Research Institute walked into Jiangnan University to deploy a new stage of cooperation.
