3. Registration Instructions
(1) Nationality: Foreign students who are both foreigners and their parents are not allowed to apply for the examination if their parents or any one of them has dual nationality.
Change of nationality:
1. If the applicant and his/her parents have acquired foreign nationality before the start of high school education in accordance with the Korean education system (before the start of high school), the applicant and his/her parents will be deemed to be foreigners and eligible to apply.
2. If you and your parents renounce (or lose) their Korean nationality, they must submit a certificate of loss of nationality or a certificate related to the date of acquisition of foreign nationality.
3. If either parent legally holds custody of the child, only the nationality information of the parent (parent or parent) will be reflected in the registration qualification (applicants must submit the corresponding documents issued by the government).
(2) Education:
All of the following conditions are met:
1. Graduates of 12-year education courses in elementary and secondary schools at home and abroad
2. Holders (or pre-graduates) of a three-year ordinary full-time college degree in China
3. Those who have obtained more than 95 credits at the time of graduation (scheduled).
(For part-time students, self-examined, remote, online, and correspondence students are not recognized.)
