Jingdezhen ( Jingdezhen ) belonged to ChuJing during the Spring and Autumn Warring States period , Qin was the county of Fan County , Jiujiang County , Han belonged to Poyang County , Yuzhang County , and the Eastern Jin Dynasty was called Xinping Town.
During the Tang Dynasty, it was also known as Changnan Town. Speaking of Changnan Town, I have to mention a palm.
As early as the eighteenth century, Europeans could not make porcelain, and they were particularly fond of the exquisite porcelain of Changnan Town, when the European nobles regarded Changnan Town porcelain as a treasure, and if they could put a piece of Changnan Town porcelain in their homes, it was a symbol of the owner's power and status.
As porcelain was highly regarded by Europeans, gradually Europeans used "Changnan" as a synonym for porcelain and "China" for the production of porcelain. This is the origin of the English name that everyone often says that Jingdezhen gave China an English name.
In the first year of The Song Zhenzong Jingde, because the town of Changnan produced blue and white porcelain with excellent texture and was deeply loved by the emperor, Song Zhenzong (1004 AD) gave his era name to Changnan Town, and Changnan Town was renamed Jingdezhen and has been used ever since.
As one of the earliest industrial cities in China, Jingdezhen attracted outstanding talents from all over the country at that time.
Regarding porcelain making, the Ming Dynasty scientist Song Yingxing wrote in "Tiangong Kaiwu": "A total of one billet of power, seventy-two hands, square grams into a tool." Among them, the micro program is not yet exhausted. ”
That is to say, a piece of porcelain needs to go through 72 processes to become a tool, and Jingdezhen had the highest quality talent echelon in the country at that time, and each process was controlled by the most experienced master in China at that time.

What is valuable is that such a traditional porcelain capital has also attracted young people from all over the country and even the world, and these young faces have made the historical and cultural city of Jingdezhen lively and vigorous.

Reproduction of "craftsmen come from all directions, and the instrument goes all over the world"
Founded in 1910, Jingdezhen Ceramic University is known as the "Whampoa Military Academy of Chinese Ceramics", and it is also the only multidisciplinary institution of higher learning in the world named after ceramics. In a sense, it and Jingdezhen echo and reflect each other, and also nourish each other.
Every year, more than 5,000 foreigners flock to Jingdezhen, which is known as "Ocean Drift". The International College of Jingdezhen Ceramic University, where Zhang Jingjing is located, has a group of foreign students studying here.

Fuliang here is Fuliang County in Jingdezhen, and Fuliang has produced tea since ancient times. From the time of Tang Dezong's reign, the tea tax was levied on the whole country every year, and the tea tax was levied on the whole country every year, and the fuliang area produced 7 million teas every year, and the tax was more than 150,000 yuan, accounting for 37% of the country.

Taste of Jingdezhen: Rare fireworks
Jingdezhen is a city with a concentration of workers, merchants and docks, similar cities such as Chongqing and Wuhan.
Such cities gather from all directions, and there are many cuisines, and they all have the characteristics of fast food, high calories, and heavy taste. Like the small noodles in Chongqing and the hot dry noodles in Wuhan, the cold powder in Jingdezhen can be eaten when mixed, which is convenient, flavorful and full.
The fritters wrapped in mochi that are all over the net are not known to come from Jingdezhen. Sweet and soft mochi + crispy and loose fritters on the outside, rolling in sesame candy, is the ceiling of the Internet celebrity food industry.
The bean ginseng fish head that has been on the "Tip of the Tongue of China" is also inextricably linked to Jingdezhen. Bean ginseng is a kind of oil tofu, which is a special ingredient of Duchang, but half of Jingdezhen's Duchang people, so it can also be regarded as a special food of Jingdezhen. Bean ginseng sucks in the fresh aroma of fish and soup, fragrant but not greasy, and thus becomes one of the most grounded home-cooked delicacies in "China on the Tip of the Tongue".
