Once, there were two masters and apprentices panning for gold.
The young apprentice kept washing in the river, but he never got a grain of golden sand, and the master did not exert much effort to reap the full harvest.
The disciple did not understand what was going on, so he went to ask the master, and the master replied: That is because you are always shaking the sieve.
The apprentice wondered: Isn't panning for gold to wash vigorously?
The master said: The golden sand needs to be washed, but it also needs a natural sedimentation process, if you can't rest for a while, the sediment and the golden sand are mixed together, and you will get nothing.
Later, the apprentice also gained according to the master's instructions.
Panning for gold, why not our lives?

The Buddha said that the seven passions and six desires are all troubles.
So, cherish the fate, cherish. Just like looking at a flower, the wise man will let it grow according to nature, even if it is in a cliff or in a river valley, while the fool will only pluck it, place it in a vase, and watch it wither and wither, and secretly hurt himself.
People are alive and need the sublimation of your heart.
Remember: All things are suffering, let everything go naturally, in order to make "suffering", in an instant, become empty.
