Interview with Wang Ze
Wang Zenan Han, member of the Communist Party of China, born in August 1966, Xunhua County, Qinghai Province, graduated from Lanzhou Meteorological School.
Wang Ze has been influenced by his family since childhood, loves calligraphy and painting, when he was a child, his family collected hundreds of comic strips, and he often copied wonderful pictures of villain books in his spare time, and was often encouraged and praised by his elders and friends. During his middle school years, he won many awards in the calligraphy and painting exhibitions held by the school and the county cultural center, which stimulated his strong interest in painting, and used this as a motivation to continue to explore the methods and techniques of Chinese painting, in addition, he often humbly asked the teacher for advice, so as to abandon the shortcomings of his own painting methods to improve himself. Therefore, when he was young, he laid a deep foundation for his future creations.
In 1984, Wang Ze was admitted to Lanzhou Meteorological School, when he was enlightened by Teacher Nan Junming, he gradually understood the knowledge of calligraphy culture, and from then on began to copy Yan Zhenqing's calligraphy book "Qinli Monument" and read calligraphy related books extensively.
After joining the work, Wang Ze has not forgotten to practice calligraphy and painting to enrich his cultural life, and once participated in the Correspondence Class of The Shanghai Art School and studied the "Cao Quan Monument", laying a solid foundation for future calligraphy and painting creation.
In 2013, the Golmud City Cultural Center held an adult calligraphy class and hired the chairman of the famous local book association to teach, and since then Wang Ze has truly entered the hall of calligraphy. Under the careful evaluation and guidance of Teacher Du Qingning, he gradually understood the historical evolution of Chinese calligraphy, systematically studied fonts such as Calligraphy, Lishu, Seal Calligraphy and Xingshu, studied carefully, absorbed the nutrition of famous artists, and gradually realized that the essence of calligraphy lies in the variety of brushwork, and it is necessary to make good use of the center forward. After copying the famous posters of the past generations, he has a deeper understanding of the brushwork, structure, ink method and chapter method of the work, and through more than 4 years of study and training, he has made great progress in calligraphy, of which the seal book and the xingshu works are included in the "Han Mo Dan Qing Song Kunlun" published by the Golmud Municipal Federation of Literature and Literature. In 2015, he joined the Golmud Calligraphers Association as a director, and in 2019, he joined the Qinghai Calligraphers Association.
After that, he participated in the Chinese painting training class held by the Municipal Cultural Center, copied the green landscape paintings of Zhang Daqian and Wu Hufan, ren Bonian's figure paintings, etc., and through the guidance of teacher Ma Yuelan, the techniques of traditional Chinese paintings were further improved, one of which was "The Rooster Sounds White in the World" and was included in the collection of art works of the "National Unity Cup" in Golmud City. In 2015, he joined the Golmud Artists Association.

In 1985, he won the first prize in the painting exhibition held by Lanzhou Meteorological School;
In 1997, he won the third prize in the calligraphy group at the calligraphy and painting exhibition for college students held by Chengdu Institute of Meteorology;
In 1999, he won the third prize in the painting competition held by the Golmud Municipal Federation of Literature and Painting;
In 2000, the Qinghai Meteorological Bureau held the provincial meteorological department calligraphy and painting exhibition and won the first prize for painting;
In 2014, golmud won the second prize in the adult category in the third "Hongwei Cup" Yingchun Hard Pen Calligraphy Competition;
In 2018, he won the second prize in the calligraphy and photography exhibition of the meteorological department of the province held by the Qinghai Meteorological Bureau; in the same year, his calligraphy works were included in the exhibition "Celebrating the 40th Anniversary of Reform and Opening Up and the 30th Anniversary of the Founding of Delingha City" In the exhibition of calligraphy and painting works in the province.
In 2020, he won the winner of the 2nd Lishu Network Exhibition held by the Lishu Committee of Qinghai Calligraphy Association;
At the same time, he also actively participated in the online Chinese Calligraphy Pro-Ti Ring Competition, and won the Lishu, Xingshu, Cursive Primary Pro-Ti Yuan, seal book mid-level Pro-Ti Champion, and served as a judge of the Ring Competition for many times.
After retiring from the Golmud Meteorological Bureau in January 2020, he spent a lot of time studying calligraphy and painting, participating in activities such as the Qinghai Provincial Old Cadres Calligraphy and Painting Society and the Lishu Salon, exchanging and learning with calligraphy and painting enthusiasts, and continuing to inherit traditional Chinese culture, with endless art.
