As a special group, Chinese female painters have become a splendid color that cannot be ignored in Haipai art. Liu Haisu Art Museum recently launched the "Online Cloud Exhibition": Where is the Wind - a group portrait exhibition of haipai female artists, allowing everyone to feel the beauty of art without leaving home.
Since the 1930s, with the gradual increase in the number of female painters studying abroad, the artistic creation of female painters has gradually gained a certain influence. The "localization" creation of these contemporary Haipai female painters provides rich and vivid information for the study of the context of Western painting in modern and contemporary China, mainly oil painting.
