1. Avoid excessive padding and detail
Many people in the work conversation, inevitably unfold too much foreshadowing and detail, five minutes of talking has not yet begun to related to the specific purpose. This will have the effect of diminishing marginal returns, and the other party will lose more and more interest in communication, and when it comes to the actual focus of the content, it will no longer be listened to.
For example: I asked a subordinate what the result of the communication with the core figure of the new energy vehicle project was, and she talked for a long time about how she contacted this person, and spent a long time describing to me a lot of questions that the other party asked her. This made me lose interest. We should first give conclusions, and then develop the corresponding details according to the reaction of the recipient of the information and further questions;
2. Do not default to the same knowledge points for all
My work will be exposed to a lot of new tracks, when introducing the new track project I usually refine the key knowledge points to introduce first, so that the subsequent dialogue will progress smoothly, such as what smart cockpit, what technical support is needed and what platform is used, and then expand the project details. Avoid talking for half a day, others simply do not understand your content, saving a lot of repeated communication costs
3. First, introduce the framework and content outline of the communication
When communicating with customers or bosses, the content and purpose of the day's communication will be introduced first, and then the content summary will be gradually given. For example, our meeting today is mainly about the progress of the introduction of rare drugs for children, which will include the introduction of alternative projects, the introduction of the project team, and the comparison of advantages and disadvantages. Follow up on the other party's reaction and expand accordingly
4. Learn to ask questions
In communication, the skill of asking questions is very important. Usually we ask questions from large to small, do not ask closed questions, first ask some open questions that can be expanded, and then continue to ask questions according to the information of the other party's response.
Being able to communicate concisely and forcefully to grasp the key points is not an innate ability of everyone, but fortunately we can train through methods

- Review the content of the communication, highlight the key points for the summary, and prepare the logical framework before the communication
- Try to speak in a general way, and then use the other person's feedback to respond accordingly
