Since March 28, our entire team, led by leaders, has put forward the slogan of "taking the post as home" and asking us to carry out closed management with our own units as our homes. At 6:40 a.m. on April 1st, I received a call from our neighborhood secretary saying that a 38-week pregnant woman had broken amniotic fluid. The pregnant woman's family has hit 120.
After receiving the call, the comrades of our ambulance team immediately rushed to the scene on a battery car, and the secretary of the residential area also rushed to the pregnant woman's downstairs at the first time, almost in place at the same time as the ambulance.

We then worked with the paramedics to pick up the pregnant woman from her home and take her to an ambulance. Finally, watch them leave. The entire linkage disposal time is almost only 15 minutes. This is the first case we encountered that needed to be disposed of after Puxi was sealed, and we were very pleased to be able to solve it so quickly.

In fact, our health care team has been established since the beginning of the epidemic in 2020 and has been operating for more than 800 days.
In the closure and control of this epidemic, our health care team is connected to the health line, so the work of nucleic acid sampling and green medical protection is included in our group.
Before the outbreak of the epidemic in March, our task was more to ensure the home isolation of inbound personnel and sub-close contacts, as well as the closed-loop transfer of positive cases and close contacts. This piece of work is coordinated by our group.
On the evening of March 27, Shanghai announced that pudong would be sealed from 5 o'clock on March 28, and then puxi would be sealed from 3 o'clock on April 1.
The next day, a special class for "a new round of nucleic acid sampling" was set up in our street. This special class is composed of three forces:
The first is the co-ordination at the street level. For example, our health care team has a team of 16 people to ensure that there are 118 nucleic acid sampling points in the jurisdiction, which can cover about 60,000 or 70,000 people in Huayang Street.
The second is the health center in our community, where a dedicated team of medical professionals is formed.
Third, there are 21 of our neighbourhoods, each of which is equipped with a green medical specialist who can be found and his working group whenever medical-related issues are involved. At the same time, the street health and rescue team also launched a 24-hour shift system to dock with these commissioners to ensure that after the new round of nucleic acid screening in Puxi began on April 1, there was always a medical service support force on standby.
This "new round of nucleic acid sampling" actually operated a nucleic acid screening of a large population in our district in mid-March. At that time, one of the sampling points was set behind the Dragon's Dream in our Huayang jurisdiction. I also participated in two consecutive days of work, we opened 10 workstations, about seven or eight thousand people sampled.

Later, we carried out two rounds of antigen testing for all employees.
Before March 31, we classified and labeled some residents with underlying diseases and chronic diseases, and reminded them through the two channels of residential areas and community doctors to dispense drugs in advance and prepare the necessary drugs for chronic diseases in advance to ensure that they could not leave home as much as possible during the sealing period.
For residents who are in the "7+7" or "2+12" sealed corridor and cannot go out, our street community health service center also sends the drugs needed by residents to the relevant neighborhood committees in advance, and the community "big white" sends them to the sealing and control building group.
Also based on the previous rounds of nucleic acid screening and antigen detection, we have completed a detailed mapping of the number of residents in each residential area of Huayang Street, and also registered the medical needs of patients and pregnant women who need hemodialysis and chemotherapy during nucleic acid screening, and established a medical information database. There are also elderly people living alone, elderly people, etc.
These groups of people are our focus and are the people often mentioned at the press conference.

For example, through the survey, we know which residents have self-driving cars to go to, which people need to arrange vehicles on the side of the government street, etc., at least to ensure the transfer force between the 1st and 5th.
During the period of community closure, residents with medical needs can be contacted through several channels, including calling the neighborhood committee telephone, the community health service center telephone, and the street urban transportation center appeal platform telephone, and our health rescue group is like a hub, combing the demands gathered by all parties.

But most importantly, we repeatedly stressed to residents that we must call the 120 emergency number at the first time. In the case of insufficient capacity of 120, we will start our own transshipment mechanism, which is equivalent to a double insurance.
Not long after the first pregnant woman was disposed of on April 1, another pregnant woman needed to be transported. She was only 10 weeks pregnant, bleeding from the lower body, and also called us through the residential area.
The situation in this pregnant woman is more complicated. Because the little girl was worried that it was not safe to go out just after getting pregnant, she had never gone out to do nucleic acid. Therefore, her health code is yellow code, 120 is not connected.
But her antigen tests are all good. We immediately activated our own transshipment mechanism. The district coordinated the forces of the district sports bureau to help us, sending a car and escort to take her to the elder woman and baby.
At the same time, we also kept in touch with the hospital, where the doctors were waiting at the door early.
In addition, if residents who go to seek medical treatment on their own, as long as there is indeed a need for medical treatment that must be required within the sealing period, the neighborhood committee will issue a corresponding certificate clearly indicating the date of medical treatment. At the same time, we will also track the driving trajectory of the vehicle, unless there is a need to stay in the hospital for observation, otherwise we must return to the community.
We also hope to improve the efficiency of the community and try to protect the medical needs of each resident during the epidemic.
