In most cases, General Raiden can't do the main C, because the main output is concentrated in the 7 seconds after opening the big move, but the revised big move cools down for 18 seconds, which means that there is at least an output gap of 11 seconds, so in most regular lineups, she can only do a knife-filling sub-C role, just like "vice C pop autumn".
