Recently, Textron Aviation announced a series of upgrades to its legendary piston aircraft product line. Covering practicality and aesthetics, the upgraded Beechcraft G58, G36 and all Cessna Piston aircraft will allow operators to enjoy more functionality and comfort.

The Beech piston series has been upgraded with several upgrades

The maximum takeoff weight of the newly produced Beechcraft G36 will increase by 70 kg (155 lbs), bringing the aircraft's maximum payload to 550 kg (1213 lbs) in a standard configuration of 6 seats.

In addition to the increased overall weight, the newly produced Beechcraft G36 and G58 aircraft will offer three new interior options and a cockpit layout with a separate autopilot controller. The new G36 and G58 will also feature the Garmin GI275 electronic backup device, a carbon monoxide detector integrated into the Garmin avionics system, a USB port for each seat, a charging headphone plug in the cockpit, and new LED exterior lighting for increased visibility. Deliveries of the two newly upgraded models are expected to begin in mid-2022.

Cessna's monoplane piston aircraft is equipped with a modern cockpit

All newly produced Cessna on-board monoplane piston aircraft will also include a Garmin GI275 electronic backup device. Modern electronic backup equipment eliminates the three analog conventional gauges and provides additional flight data to modernize the cockpit. A new design has been added to the interior of Thesna's monoplane piston aircraft, with seats made of Alcantara and a backlit USB A/C port in the cockpit.
