Vicarious Visions officially said the development team will stay in Albany, New York, and devote themselves fully to the Blizzard game.
This official announcement means that Vicarious Visions, which launched the "Ancient Wolf Trilogy" and "Tony Hawk Professional Skateboarding" series, no longer exists. In addition, Toys for Bob, the developer of "Wolf wolf 4", previously announced that he is supporting the development of Call of Duty: Warzone, so don't expect a sequel for the time being.
IT House understands that Blizzard Entertainment has previously announced that it is making a "new survival game" for PCs and consoles, and this untitled survival game will be set in a new universe, and development can be traced back to July 2017.
It's unclear if Vicarious Visions was involved in the development of the new game. However, Blizzard Entertainment has a number of game IPs, such as World of Warcraft, Diablo, Overwatch and so on.
