Blizzard today announced a new expansion pack for the official Dragon Age, and the Nostalgia Suit also confirmed that the Lich King's Wrath version will be launched this year.
The following is the official news:
Gloomy Northlands Frozen – Players will begin their explorations in Northend's Northwind Tundra or Howling Wind fjord, and will witness epic spectacles and beloved story stories from the Warcraft series, culminating in the overthrow of the Lich King at the Ice-Crown Fortress.
Rise of the Death Knights - Death Knights are the first hero class in World of Warcraft, with an initial level of 55 and can join any faction. They will harness the forces of darkness against the evil forces that threaten Azeroth. Players can only create one Death Knight character per server, and require a level 55 character on that server, but in "Wrath of the Lich King", players will not have to consider these requirements when creating the first Death Knight character.
New Specialty Skills - Inscriptions - New professional skills enable players to inscribe mysterious carvings, change the attributes of spells and skills (cooldown, damage, etc.), and craft powerful trinkets and hand-in-hand items.
Achievement Unlocking - The achievement system is about to land in the World of Warcraft classic nostalgic suit, and the player's great achievements and heroic feats will receive new rewards.
Dungeons and Team Quests - Revisit groundbreaking 5-player dungeons like Edro Nirubo and Purified Statholm to besiege Naxxamas, a 40-player team quest in the original World of Warcraft update, and take on new challenges in the updated 25- or 10-player team quests.
World of Warcraft gameplay time is available to play – like the previously released World of Warcraft classic nostalgia suit, all players with World of Warcraft gametime can play Wrath of the Lich King at no extra charge.
In addition, we wanted to provide a better experience for new and old players of nostalgic clothes, so we brought the following changes:
Level 70 Character Ramp Up - Character level will be raised to level 80, and we will launch a Level 70 Character Ascension service for players who have not joined the Burning Expedition but want to challenge the Wrath of the Lich King with their friends and explore Northend. Cannot be used with Death Knight characters.
Dungeon Finder - Players re-exploring Wrath of the Lich King will not be able to use the Dungeon Finder feature released in the original 3.3.5 patch. We've received feedback that the nostalgic suit's player community says that the importance of social bonding is one of the main reasons people choose classic nostalgia suits, and we agree with this.
Individual Arena Levels – In Burning Expedition, the community of PvP players tells us that they prefer flexible individual PvP levels to fixed teams' PvP levels. So in Wrath of the Lich King, we remove the Arena team.
BarberShop Optimization – Barbershop added to the game in the original Lich King's Wrath, and since then, World of Warcraft has added a number of customization options, some of which were originally only available through paid services. Now we're integrating all of our optimizations into Wrath of the Lich King, rather than just reverting to the 2008 status quo.
