April 26 this year marks the 22nd World Intellectual Property Day. In order to strengthen intellectual property publicity and education, enhance the awareness of the whole society to respect and protect intellectual property rights, and promote the improvement of the county's intellectual property creation quality, application efficiency, protection efficiency and management capabilities, the Gaotang County Market Supervision Bureau is scheduled to organize a series of activities of the 2022 Gaotang County Intellectual Property Publicity Week with the theme of "Comprehensively Opening a New Journey of Building an Intellectual Property Power" in the whole county from April 20 to 26:
I. Organize 23 enterprises and 6 financial institutions in the jurisdiction to carry out a special tour of intellectual property pledge financing projects, focusing on the policy of subsidizing the discount of intellectual property pledge financing.
2. During the Intellectual Property Publicity Week, the 2022 "4.26" Intellectual Property Publicity Week public welfare propaganda film will be broadcast on the big screens and large supermarkets in the jurisdiction. During the publicity week, the pledge financing policy is pushed every day on the public account of "Gaotang Market Supervision".
3. Hang banners on the theme of the Intellectual Property Publicity Week activities in Gaotang County Market Supervision Bureau and Fortune Square entitled "Comprehensively Open a New Journey of Building an Intellectual Property Powerhouse", and hang banners for the implementation of the "Regulations on the Protection and Promotion of Intellectual Property Rights in Shandong Province".
4. On April 26, the "Regulations on the Protection and Promotion of Intellectual Property Rights of Shandong Province", the "Compilation of Intellectual Property Laws and Regulations" and the "Compilation of Intellectual Property Pledge Financing Policies" were distributed on the spot in Fortune Plaza.
5. Organize intellectual property training carried out by various market supervision institutes, focusing on the study of the Compilation of Intellectual Property Laws and Regulations, the Regulations on the Protection and Promotion of Intellectual Property Rights in Shandong Province, and the intellectual property pledge financing policy.
6. Carry out verification of irregular patent application leads, guide relevant applicants to withdraw all irregular patent applications that are not intended to protect innovation, and submit appeal materials in a timely manner if there is an objection. Applicants who submit irregular application cases again after the key regulatory initiative withdraws, and urge the parties to self-examine and rectify.
7. Invite third-party institutions to dig deep into the site of enterprises to excavate patented technologies, and guide enterprises to carry out rapid patent pre-examination filing and application. Combined with the actual situation of epidemic prevention and control, the work was carried out in May.
