Sponsored by the Linxia Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China and the Linxia Municipal People's Government, the 2022 Hezhou Peony Cultural Carnival with the theme of "Charming Flower City, Park City" will officially open on April 28, and as of now, the preparatory work such as the stage construction of the opening ceremony is being carried out in an intense and orderly manner.
The Yellow River National Cultural Park, which is accelerating the construction of Hezhou Peony Cultural Park, is the epitome of Linxia City's active efforts to create a charming flower capital and a park city, and is also the main venue for the opening ceremony of the 2022 Hezhou Peony Cultural Carnival. Recently, the reporter learned at the project construction site that in order to present exquisite stage effects on the day of the opening ceremony, the construction personnel are working overtime to carefully arrange and build the stage lighting, sound, large screen, modeling design and other links in accordance with the design plan.
Dong Youjun, Chief Producer of the Opening Ceremony of the 2022 Hezhou Peony Cultural Carnival: Our design uses a large-scale naked-eye 5D light and shadow show sound and light combination, including the entire building, lighting, bridge body, opposite building, riverside light show, which is a conceptual scheme of stage design. We spent half a month rehearsing an original program performed by 130 people, "Shengshi Peony, Flowers Blooming in Summer", a live-action drama, from costumes, props, music, and videos to customized creations. The progress of the stage is scheduled, and it is expected that there will be rehearsals on the evening of the 26th, consecutive rehearsals on the 27th, and official live performances on the 28th.
It is understood that combined with the on-site structure of the Yellow River National Cultural Park - Hezhou Peony Cultural Park, the overall design of the opening ceremony stage created on the Butterfly Bridge closely follows the shape of the peony flower, passing on the characteristics of the golden blossom, the flower linxia, the charm flower capital and the park city. The opening ceremony stage has a total length of 32 meters, a height of 15 meters, and an overall depth of 12 meters, the stage is generally divided into four layers of structure, the main background structure combined with the butterfly bridge modeling uses a semicircular main screen structure, both sides are set off by the petal-shaped screen structure, and the overall shape is like a blooming peony. Under the exquisite lighting effects and the presentation of the stage, it is believed that the opening ceremony of the 2022 Hezhou Peony Cultural Carnival will bring the audience a three-dimensional, multi-dimensional, and highly impactful audiovisual cultural experience.
