The first step is to see if there are any light brown polytubbed stars at the bottom of the durian, usually with five or six horns. (Figure 1)
In the second step, the flesh is golden brown. (Figure 2)
In the third step, see that 60% to 70% of the seeds are flattened. (Right of Figure 3)
In the fourth step, the thorns of the King of the Cat Mountain are pyramid-shaped, but it is not easy for people who are not familiar with durian to recognize this feature. You can skip this step. (Figure 4)
