🌟 In this work hidden by Xidi, the cabinet door is inlaid with 4 pieces of painted paint, and the landscape figures are vivid and exquisite. The wardrobe is based on the prototype made by Lisenberg II for the Palace of Versailles. The combination of gilt and lacquer painting reflected the court art fashion that was popular in Europe at the time.
🌟 A master of Louis XV furniture, Bernard II van Risenburgh (C.1696-C.1766, maître 1730) was best known for his lacquered furniture, which won the favor of many royal families of the time. Today, his lacquered furniture also holds the highest auction record of its kind, with his works occupying at least three of the top five lacquered furniture.
