Notice of implementation of traffic management measures restricting traffic
In order to do a good job in the traffic management of mud trucks and ensure the orderly, safe and smooth flow of road traffic in the city, in accordance with the provisions of Article 39 of the Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China, the Traffic Police Department of Shenzhen Municipal Public Security Bureau decided to implement traffic management measures that restrict the passage of mud trucks, and the specific notice is as follows:
1. From 0:00 to 24:00 every day, mud trucks are prohibited from driving into the following areas and road sections:
(1) All roads in the four districts including Futian District, Luohu District, Nanshan District and Yantian District.
(2) Bao'an District.
Area: From Beijing-Hong Kong-Macao Expressway (excluding Beijing-Hong Kong-Macao Expressway) in the east, to Guangshen Yanjiang Expressway (excluding Guangshen Yanjiang Expressway) in the west, from Outer Ring Expressway (excluding Outer Ring Expressway) in the north, and Nanping Expressway (excluding Nanping Expressway) in the south to enclose all roads in the area.
Road: Xiongyu Road, 107 National Highway, Ruitang Road, Xinhe Road.
(3) Longgang District.
Area: from Danping Expressway in the east (excluding Danping Expressway), west to Meiguan Expressway (excluding Meiguan Expressway), north from Jihe Expressway (excluding Jihe Expressway), south to Bulong Road and Busha Road enclosing all roads in the area.
Roads: Xinyuan Road, Pinglong Road, Dongshen Highway, Silian Road, Longgang Avenue (Shanshen Road-Yanlong Avenue section), Ruyi Road, Qinglin Road, Huangge Road, Jiqiao Road, Xiangxin West Road, Xiangfeng Road, Wailing Road, Changshan Road, Yunhai Road, West Ring Road, Bayao 1st Street.

Roads: Jinbi Road, Lanzhu East Road, Pingshan Avenue (Shenshan Highway - Renmin East Road), Liaohe Road, Industrial Third Road, Jinlong Avenue, Zhenhuan Road.
(7) Dapeng New Area.
Area: From Jinye Avenue in the east, Pingkui Road in the west, Jinkui Middle Road in the south, and Jinling Road in the north to all roads in the area.

3. Shayuyang Wharf, Dachan Bay Phase I Pier, Dachan Bay Phase III Pier, Bao'an Comprehensive Port Area Terminal (Yushuo Terminal), Airport Terminal, Fuyong Pier, Shajing Marine Base and other spoil wharves are located in restricted areas, and a permit is required to pass.
4. The enclosed boundary roads in the restricted areas in this notice are within the restricted areas, except for those marked in the remarks that they do not contain boundary roads.
5. In addition to complying with the driving restrictions of this notice, mud trucks must also comply with the driving restrictions for heavy and medium-sized trucks in the truck restriction notice.
