Due to the relocation of the museum area, the Zhejiang Provincial Museum (Wulin Museum Area), which has accompanied Hangzhou people for 14 years, was officially closed on May 4, 2023. Previously, the martial arts museum area was unfortunately limited in size, and more than 100,000 precious collections could only be displayed in the warehouse.
In the Zhijiang New Hall, Zhejiang Bo has become the largest single building area among the "four halls", with a construction area of 100,000 square meters, an exhibition area of 32,012 square meters, and a building height of 59.9 meters.

With a total construction area of 35,000 square meters, the Zhejiang Intangible Cultural Heritage Museum is positioned as a scientific protection, high-quality research, multi-dimensional inheritance and innovative services as its main tasks, displaying the intangible cultural heritage of Zhejiang like a galaxy, and creating an open and shared cultural space based on tradition, facing the future.
Inside the Intangible Cultural Heritage Museum, the very eye-catching theater is built using traditional Zhejiang construction techniques, which is not only an exhibit, but also a stage for traditional drama displays, and externally it has become a visual landmark of the Intangible Cultural Heritage Museum and even the Zhijiang Cultural Center, known as the "Eye of Intangible Cultural Heritage".
