On October 11, the Xishan District Education and Research Center organized 31 teachers from 25 public and private kindergartens in the region to carry out a special training on differentiated teaching methods of kindergartens in Rong (Rong) culture - video analysis and seminar on differentiated children's cases. This paper aims to analyze the recorded micro-videos to gain a deeper understanding of children's differentiated performance, explore targeted educational interventions, and provide more appropriate teaching strategies and methods for children.

The seminar was held in Kunming No. 18 Kindergarten, with on-site guidance from experts from Xishan District Teaching and Research Center, Kunming University, Xishan District Peige Inclusive Kindergarten and other experts to build an academic exchange and learning platform for participants.

During the event, participants watched different and differentiated children's case videos shared by each group representative. The videos cover children of different ages, genders, personalities, abilities and backgrounds, showing different characteristics and problems that need to be solved. Sharing teachers shared from several aspects, such as the basic situation of differentiated children, the description of behavior, the description of home intervention, and what professional support and guidance are needed from the resource team. During the video analysis session, teachers actively spoke and conducted in-depth discussions on the behavioral, emotional and cognitive development of children in the video.

During the expert commentary session, several experts gave concise and profound insights on each video content. They stressed that differentiated children should be treated more with observation and understanding rather than labeling them prematurely. Experts and teachers had in-depth exchanges on how to record children's case videos, post-production and collation, integrate kindergarten educational resources, how to better pay attention to children's differentiated needs, and take effective educational interventions. Finally, experts shared successful education cases and experiences to provide reference for future education practice.
