The Nantong Meteorological Observatory issued a blue warning for cold wave at 08:55 on November 29, 2023. Affected by the cold air, it is expected that from November 29th to December 1st, the minimum temperature in Hai'an, Rugao, Rudong and Tongzhou Bay in our city will drop by more than 8 °C, and about 7 °C in other areas, and the minimum temperature in the morning of December 1 will be 0 to minus 1 °C in the northern region and 1-3 °C in other areas. From the afternoon of the 29th to the 30th, the northerly wind was strong, and the wind strength could reach 4-6 on land, 5-7 on the river surface along the river, and 6-8 in the coastal sea area.
