The supervision and inspection supervised the daily management of nursing quality, safety management, specialty cluster nursing strategy, relevant training and the implementation of annual evaluation indicators by means of discussions, data review, and on-site inspection. During the supervision, in accordance with the nursing quality management and requirements, we carefully checked the daily management records of pediatric and obstetric nursing in our hospital, the evaluation records of patient admission and discharge, and the implementation of various disinfection registrations, and communicated in detail with the head nurses of each department on the above contents, gave guidance on the existing problems, and gave effective solutions to the problems that need to be solved.

This supervision and inspection is an effective measure to promote the development of nursing discipline in our hospital, improve the level of nursing services, and promote the implementation of the strategy of specialized cluster nursing. Through the inspection, the experts put forward opinions and suggestions on the problems existing in the nursing quality control, specialty and daily management, and workflow of our hospital.
