On the day of "Double 12", Changan Qiyuan Q05 was officially launched. The new model is available in five versions, with prices ranging from CNY 119,900 to CNY 149,900. At the same time, the official also announced the prices of the two new pure electric versions of Qiyuan A07, 167,900 yuan and 179,900 yuan. In addition, it also announced the latest rights and interests of the Qiyuan A07 series, including 1,999 yuan to deduct 10,000 yuan for the purchase of the car, 999 yuan for the first owner to purchase lifelong maintenance, free charging pile and installation, non-operating first owner to give three electric lifetime warranty, and 2,999 yuan to upgrade the vehicle lifetime warranty.

For the positioning of Qiyuan Q05 in the market, I think we need to consider two aspects. One is in the sequence of Changan Qiyuan, which is the first SUV model, and the price is slightly higher than that of Qiyuan A05.

In the compact SUV market, Qiyuan Q05 can "match" its opponents, such as the pure electric hot selling Yuan PLUS and AION Y. There are also plug-in hybrid models with similar prices, such as the Song Pro DM-i.

What are the opportunities for Kaizen Q05?

Our colleague has already test-driven this car before, and his feeling is that the Qiyuan Q05 is more suitable for young families around 20-30 years old, and the main focus is to take into account comfort and safety, as well as economic savings.

First of all, this car is really provincial, in addition to the price is relatively close to the people, the extremely low fuel consumption performance is also a plus. Thanks to the close cooperation of the 1.5L high-efficiency Blue Whale hybrid engine and the "China Heart" top ten digital intelligent electric drive, the comprehensive fuel consumption of Qiyuan Q05 is controlled at the level of 2.65L or even 1.33L per 100 kilometers under WLTC working conditions. It can be seen from this that if you want to get better driving pleasure from the Kaizen Q05, you should still choose the "125" series with stronger motor performance.

The same is true in terms of range, as the Q05 has two pure electric ranges: 60km and 125km (CLTC). The Song Pro DM-i is available at 71km and 110km. Although the battery capacity of the Kaizen Q05 will be higher, its price is one notch lower than that of the Song Pro DM-i, and even the "125" series is more affordable.

Next, take a look at the configuration part, the price of Qiyuan Q05 does not have a fixed range, the entry version of the "60 Lite" is priced at 119,900 yuan, the "60 Pro" is 8,000 yuan more expensive, the "125 Air" is 4,000 yuan more expensive, the "125 Pro" is 8,000 yuan more expensive, and the final "125 Max" is 10,000 yuan higher.

Only the "60 Pro" and "125 Air" have the smallest price difference, only 4,000 yuan. Changan Qiyuan "tested the waters" SUV market with the Q05

Nowadays, traditional auto brands like to incubate new product sequences or brands to form a "combination punch" to meet "new forces". Changan Qiyuan is also one of them, but their efficiency is very high, and they soon launched the Qiyuan A07/A05/Q05, and I believe that another sedan, the Qiyuan A06, will soon come to consumers.
