In the thirteenth year of Qing Tongzhi (1874), Jia Shu was the second chrysanthemum congress. Before the meeting, Landu Township released the "Landu Chrysanthemum Society Small Introduction": "... The strange and strange flowers of a hundred years of species are all collected, and the sixty years of yixing are high, and the teaching is beautiful. Ten years as a guest, not negative yellow flowers. Overnight, it is advisable to pour green wine. ...... The first poem was titled "Dengfeng Du Lou Huai Zhang Wen Gong", the second title was "Ju Jiu", "Ju Cake", "Ju Pillow" and "Ju Lantern", a total of more than 4,000 volumes of poems were collected, and Tan Zongjun, the eye of the South China Sea, was hired to review, and finally 53 were selected. In the 23rd year of the Republic of China (1934), Jia Shu was the third chrysanthemum congress. At that time, the northeast fell, difficulties were in the head, hundreds of industries withered away, and the economy was sluggish, and it was planned to stop operations. However, the townspeople believe that the chrysanthemum conference is held once in 60 years, and the grand event is rare, so they pool their wisdom and efforts and actively prepare for it, and the conference can be held as scheduled.

Zhang Jiyu, a famous scholar of Xiaolan, elaborated on the history of the poems in the "Selected Poems of the Third Juhui of Lanzhen":
“...... If there will be poems in Insai, post box delivery, and no far-reaching people, then from the beginning of the recent world. ...... And the hai nei literati, those who mail poems, count thousands of poems, trace the saury, deliberate the seven-word chant; the witticisms are won consecutively, and the riches of the collections are continuous...".
The poems obtained were sent to Jiang Kong Yin Taishi for review, and 201 of them were recorded, and the winners were Cen Cai. In addition, Deng Yitong's "Hong Kong Xuehai Bookstore Main Lecture on Hanlin Wen Banknotes" contains 2 poems from that time, which were reviewed by Mr. Huang Ci (Ci) Bo of Xiaolan.

Perhaps a hundred years later, when future generations recite these poems handed down from a hundred years ago, they can still imagine the grand situation of the chrysanthemum festival at that time.
