In the late spring of 1933, the Kuomintang reactionary government instigated Feng's compatriot Li Jingzhai to come forward and falsely accuse the East Asia Daily of filing a lawsuit against him for "shaking his head and tail" and insulting his personality. The enemy took the opportunity to attack in droves. The court ordered the newspaper to suspend the publication of compensation. At this point, Feng Xinyu's hard-working garden and rising cause were easily snuffed out. The temporary failure of his career brought Feng Xinyu the opportunity to recuperate, and his comrades-in-arms used the balance of the suspension to handle the marriage for him. On April 4, 1933, he and his girlfriend zhou Xie (Yi Bing) from his student days held a simple wedding in Nanjing. Since then, Zhou Yibing has accompanied Feng Xinyu and spent a more difficult and dangerous battle life. Zhou Yibing was born into a family of intellectuals, and his father, Zhou Kasa (Xueyu), graduated from Beijing University of Political Science and Law in his early years, joined the League led by Sun Yat-sen, and threw himself into the bourgeois democratic revolution. After the May Fourth Movement, Zhou Xueyu worked as a lawyer in the Beijing-Tianjin area for many years. When Zhou Yibing was in elementary school, he left Beijing and Tianjin with his family and moved to Huixian County, Henan Province (he taught at Huixian Middle School and Dahua Girls' Middle School until he retired in the early liberation period). Zhou Xueyu is knowledgeable and attaches great importance to friendship. He died in 1962. Zhou Yibing lives in such a family, and has developed a character of etiquette, heavy knowledge and perseverance from an early age. In her 7 years of life together with Feng Xinyu, she unswervingly supported Xinyu's revolution until the last breath of her life.
This year, Feng Xinyu was 28 years old and Zhou Yibing was 23 years old, and they returned to Kaifeng shortly after their marriage. Feng Xinyu was invited by Wang Guanglin (Linfu), a classmate of the First Division and the principal of Dahua Girls' High School in Kaifeng, to serve as a Teacher of Chinese Language at the school.
