This artifact is the intrinsically safe speed sensor, which is mainly used to detect the belt slippage caused by coal stacking in the underground belt conveyor, and monitor the driven wheel of the belt conveyor, and the speed is divided into three gears of 1, 2 and 3 rpm/s for on-site setting. When normal, the "speed" output of the speed sensor outputs a high level, and when the speed of the driven wheel is less than 25% of the setting value, a delay of 10~15 seconds will pass.
The "speed" output of the speed sensor outputs a low level, and the main unit automatically cuts off the power supply of the belt conveyor to achieve low-speed protection. With a frequency of up to 5KHz, the sensor can meet the requirements of most industrial sectors for high-speed measurements. It is mainly used to measure the zero speed of rotating machinery, and has the function of forward and reverse rotation discrimination. The sensor detects not only the gear speed, but also the mechanical drive shaft speed.
