Recently, one of the things I can't wait to do is to lose a few catties of meat that rose during the Chinese New Year, haha~
There are many friends who think the same way as me. Usually, I often receive messages from everyone, hoping to see some dishes or staple foods that are suitable for eating during weight loss.
I would like to share with you 3 ways to make oatmeal vegetable cakes for lazy people. These cakes all have a common feature, they are all composed of oatmeal, eggs, and vegetables, which are all ingredients that can be eaten with confidence during weight loss.
The method is very simple, put several ingredients together, stir well and you can cook it in the pot, even friends who have no cooking experience can make it successfully. The baked cake has a rich oatmeal aroma, plus vegetables and eggs, which is rich in nutrition and taste.
If you like it, you might as well try it recently~
First course: broccoli oatcakes
This cake is made with instant cereal, broccoli, and eggs. These ingredients are common ingredients in diet meals.
Ready-to-eat cereal, rich in dietary fiber, has a strong sense of satiety, and can also promote gastrointestinal peristalsis.
Broccoli is extremely rich in vitamin A and carotene, and low in calories, the nutrient content ranks first among similar vegetables, and it is very easy to digest, so it is a more recommended ingredient during weight loss.
Eggs have always had the reputation of "complete nutritional food".
Combining these ingredients, the finished cake has a rich oatmeal aroma, and a refreshing vegetable aroma when you bite into it, so you can say that the more you chew, the more delicious it is.
How to make it
Step 1: Prepare the ingredients. 1 small bowl of instant oats, appropriate amount of western orchid, 3 eggs.
Step 2: Clean the broccoli and cut it into small pieces.
Step 3: Put instant oatmeal, eggs, and broccoli together in a basin, and then add about 30ml of water and 1 tablespoon of salt.
Step 4: Stir well and leave for 10 minutes.
Step 5: Pour a little cooking oil into the pan and scoop two spoonfuls of batter to spread out, as shown in the picture.
Step 6: Fry until one side is solidified and golden brown, then turn over. It should be noted here that this cake is fluffier than ordinary cakes, and it is easy to crush with a spatula. You can do this by finding a plate that is slightly larger than the pot, covering it completely, and then pressing the plate with one hand and turning the pot upside down with the other hand to put the cake on the plate. Then put the cake in the pan on a plate and continue to sear until ripe.
Step 7: When the cake is ready, take out the pieces and serve them.
Say a few more words
1. Putting a little salt can make the cake taste more flavorful, and it is not recommended to omit it.
2. After all, the oats are a little dry, so we should add some water appropriately, and then leave it for a while, so that the oats can be soaked in water and the baked cakes are delicious.
3. When baking cakes, you don't want to turn over too much trouble, you can also make the cakes smaller, so that it will be much easier to turn over.
Second course: lettuce oatcakes
The lettuce itself has enough moisture and a crisp and tender taste, and it is made into cakes with instant cereals, whole wheat flour, and eggs, which have a rich taste and a rich oatmeal aroma, and the more you chew it, the more fragrant it becomes, and the feeling of satiety is also very strong.
Ingredients: a few lettuce leaves, 100 grams of instant cereal, 60 grams of whole wheat flour, 3 eggs
How to make it
Step 1: Clean the lettuce and cut it into strips, as shown in the picture.
Step 2: Put the chopped lettuce in a pot, sprinkle another 1 tablespoon of salt, mix well and marinate for two or three minutes.
Step 3: Put whole wheat flour, instant cereal, and eggs into the basin, as shown in the picture.
Step 4: Stir well and leave for 10 minutes. If the batter feels a little dry at this time, you can add a little less water.
Step 5: Rub a layer of cooking oil in a frying pan. Then, take an appropriate amount of batter, put it in your hand to form a ball, then flatten it, put it in the pot, and the cake base is ready. When all the crusts are ready, turn on low heat and start baking the cakes.
Step 6: Bake until both sides of the cake are golden brown and the cake is ripe.
Step 7: Take it out and serve it.
Say a few more words
Oats are a little dry and more absorbent, so if you feel a little dry when adjusting the batter, you can add a little less water. Then let it sit for a while to let the oats soak up the water, so that the baked cake will be delicious.
Third course: cabbage oatcakes
This cake tastes crispy and tender mixed with the aroma of oats, dipped in your favorite sauce, and you don't have to worry about getting fat if you are full~
Ingredients: 600 grams of cabbage, 150 grams of instant oats, 50 grams of plain flour, 4 eggs, salt to taste
How to make it

Step 2: Add 2 grams of salt to the cabbage, mix well and marinate for a few minutes until the cabbage is soft and comes out of the soup.
Step 3: Put the instant oats, flour and eggs into the basin as shown in the picture.
Step 4: Stir until each cabbage is coated in flour, as shown in the picture.
Step 5: Put on the pot and start baking. Spread a thin layer of cooking oil in the electric baking pan, then use chopsticks to put some cabbage batter into the electric baking pan, adjust to medium heat, then cover the lid, and heat the upper and lower heat at the same time for about 4 minutes.
