Recently, at a warm work scheduling meeting held by the Hui'an County Agriculture and Rural Bureau, detailed data and solid work deployment were intertwined into a splendid agricultural picture, vividly showing the fruitful results of agricultural economic development since the first quarter, as well as the wisdom and strength of private enterprises in this land.

Hui'an County adheres to the lifeline of national food security, and further expands the planting area of upland rice on the basis of the steady increase in the planting area of grain crops in autumn and winter. The introduction of high-quality upland rice varieties such as Hanyou 73 and Hengfeng Youyou was like golden seeds sown in the dryland, activating the vitality of the vegetable rice rotation planting model. Due to the influence of market and price factors, some carrots are unsalable and have not been harvested in the field, which has a certain impact on farmers' rotation of upland rice. In the face of new challenges, the Agriculture and Rural Bureau of Hui'an County grasped the baton of "Warm Spring Huinong", did a good job in spring plowing and spring sowing, laid out and mobilized early, scientifically decomposed grain production tasks, further increased support policies, and vowed to protect every piece of dry land "golden". Kunde Farm, located in Zoumadai National Modern Agriculture Demonstration Zone, Hui'an County, is a comprehensive farm integrating agricultural production, scientific research, training and socialized service functions, and is a key leading enterprise in agricultural industrialization in Quanzhou City. The farm brings together more than 10 professional and technical personnel, including two experts who enjoy special government allowances from the State Council, and has a 360-square-meter modern field classroom to strengthen agricultural technology extension work. Its 80 acres of experimental base has been certified as a provincial dry crop experimental platform, and works closely with the provincial seed station, and at the same time provides nearly 100 acres of experimental fields for Quanzhou Agricultural Science Institute to build a scientific research and planting base. Focusing on the two leading industries of sweet potato and vegetables, our county is based on large-scale intensive production, focusing on the main functions of the industrial park, such as cross-strait integration, scientific and technological research and development, improved seed breeding, functional expansion, entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship incubation, and radiation drive, highlighting the requirements of high-quality development of modern agriculture, and striving to build a leading modern agricultural industrial park in the country and a first-class modern agricultural industrial park in Fujian Province, with a total investment of about 2.597 billion yuan. At present, the application for the establishment of the industrial park is progressing smoothly, and the planning has been completed and submitted to the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs for review.
