Following the shocking scandal of "tricking girls to take nude photos" last year, Huang Zijiao, a well-known host in Taiwan Province of China, has been hammered again in the past few days, and was exposed to buying pornographic videos of minors, which has aroused condemnation from all walks of life in Taiwan.
As a well-known host who debuted in Taiwan Province in the late 80s and has been active so far, Huang Zijiao has been invited to shoot publicity on health, welfare, public welfare, etc., and before the "collapse" in June last year, he was still participating in the recording of law popularization programs for all the people of Taiwan Province.
At that time, no one would have imagined that such a veteran public figure would be unearthed in the scandal and have a history of sexual assault by luring young girls to take nude photos and forcing them to kiss.
In the apology video in June last year, Huang Zijiao said that he was "restless", "couldn't get over it", and "was sorry for his wife and daughter".
He even threw the blame for the evil deeds "tracing the roots", mentioning that he did it for a reason: his mother's cheating in childhood left a huge shadow on him, and he developed a distorted personality, which eventually led to a big mistake.
Maybe it's because he has pretended to be a good person for most of his life, and after being exposed to his true nature, Huang Zijiao has successively exposed the "black history" of many well-known people in the circle who are suspected of drug abuse and chaotic relationships - since everyone is not clean, why are others fine, only I was left alone when I did something wrong??
A series of scandals in his mouth triggered the "Taiwan Entertainment Nuclear Explosion", and after the excitement, Huang Zijiao fell into a state of extreme emotional instability and lost contact with the outside world for a while. Later, the police confirmed that he had self-harmed and had multiple wounds on his body, and he was taken to the hospital for treatment.
But "selling miserably" and "breaking the can and breaking the pot will end up together" cannot change the mistakes made in the past, Huang Zijiao's image in the hearts of the people has plummeted, various brand endorsements have fallen off one after another, and a series of comical operations such as lifting the skirt of a female artist and being slapped in the show many years ago have been dug up.
In July last year, the Taipei District Prosecutor's Office received a report that Huang Zijiao was named as a defendant for violating the Drug Hazard Prevention Ordinance, forcible indecency and other crimes.
After more than half a year, a week ago, the prosecution finally gave the result: because of the long time and insufficient evidence, it was finally concluded that the sexual assault case was not established and Huang Zijiao was not prosecuted.
But that didn't mean Mr. Huang had regained his innocence, and the new information that followed sparked public anger once again: Prosecutors discovered new things in the course of the search, even though they were not prosecuted.
Huang Zijiao's 4TB mobile hard drive contains hundreds of pornographic videos, seven of which are female victims. The news caused an uproar, and the suspect of sexual assault can always have unexpected "surprises" that break through the lower limit...
After the explosive investigative news was exposed, Huang Zijiao had to admit that all the was purchased by a Taiwanese pornographic forum "C".
Founded in 2012, Forum C shares intimate images of illegal sex such as revenge pornography, candid photography, and child pornography, as well as images of clandestine photography and coercion in public places, with victims in many countries in Asia.
Because the content of the platform is similar to the situation in South Korea's "Nth Room Incident", it is also called the Taiwanese version of "Nth Room".
The prosecutor revealed that Huang Zijiao was dug up to be an "old user" of the C forum for more than ten years, and his account is still a so-called "senior member". This title means that he not only has to go through the complicated process of becoming a regular member, but also has to constantly upload and consume videos to increase his membership level.
With a higher level, you can unlock content with higher permissions, such as "child pornography". It can be said that Huang Zijiao's downloading of child pornography videos is not just a whim, but a long-term plan, and the nature of the film is even more vile.
(There are even public officials among the perpetrators of Forum C.)
What's even more outrageous is that Taiwan media also mentioned that only 18 days after Huang Zijiao was discharged from the hospital for self-harm last year, he bought and downloaded new films on the website to watch, which was already at the level of "terminally ill"...
And now, three days after the child pornography video scandal was exposed, on April 7, two women once again came forward to accuse Huang Zijiao of forcibly kissing and luring nude photos.
One of the "Miss K" posted that she was invited by Huang Zijiao to take art photos at his home when she was 17 years old, but she was sexually assaulted by him when she put on a swimsuit, and she has not been able to cross this hurdle for so many years.
In the face of the anger of public opinion, Huang Zijiao himself issued an apology again: "Last month, I humbly admitted my mistakes and introspected in court, and promised the prosecutor that I would never commit it again." The self-examination, review, and self-blame that should have been there have not stopped for several months. If you wish, please supervise vigorously in the future and give me a chance to move forward."
But Huang Zijiao's repeated bad things have made the people lose trust. Considering the extremely high recidivism rate of sexual crimes, one can imagine how many victims there are who have not shown up behind the scenes, so his apology did not calm the anger, but added fuel to the fire.
After Huang Zijiao hurriedly wrote an apology letter, he fell into a public relations crisis with him in the past year, and his wife Meng Gengru, who had experienced his brother's suicide and had just given birth to a child, came forward to "find scolding" on his behalf:
"It's really hard to say what to say, but I don't know how to say it completely, and every word can hurt more people, but I try to use all the words as much as I can to convey what I know and what I see.
The punishment he received, the daily repentance, shame and apology, I saw it. ”
In response to the issue of underage pornographic videos, which everyone is most concerned about, Meng Gengru said that at first, Mr. Huang did not know the source of the seller's video, and ignored the extremely scary crime behind the website:
"In any case, the practice of downloading and buying videos has contributed to the proliferation of illegal websites and the harm caused to more women. This part is really wrong! It's really wrong! It's really wrong!"
But obviously, judging from Huang Zijiao's behavior for many years, how such films were filmed and what crimes are behind them, he may know better than anyone else, relying on his wife to help apologize and block the gun, he can't change this fact.
This is why many people in Taiwan Province believe that possession of a large number of illegally and involuntarily filmed videos is already a link in the criminal industry chain and is an accomplice in fueling the sex crime industry.
(The profit model of some similar websites reported by Taiwan media)
Because of the influx of comments, Huang Zijiao and Meng Gengru have closed social media and entered a state of "out of sight and out of mind".
In response to the issue of juvenile pornographic videos, the Taipei District Prosecutor's Office gave him a two-year suspended prosecution for violating the "Regulations on the Prevention and Control of Child and Juvenile Sexual Exploitation", paid a fine of NT$1.2 million (about RMB 270,000), and wrote a letter of repentance of at least 1,200 words.
After the verdict was exposed, public opinion obviously did not accept the apology and demanded a heavy sentence for Huang Zijiao.
Because his deeds are too bad, there are also voices demanding that it be blocked. Soon, Shih Hsin University, where Huang Zijiao graduated, removed him from the list of outstanding alumni, and his apprentice Chen Mingzhu issued a document to cut ties and announce the termination of the contract with Huang Zijiao's company.
In order to change the status quo, a number of artists in Taiwan Province launched a joint letter, hoping that the law can establish stricter measures for the protection of minors, pay attention to the problem of sexual abuse and sexual assault against minors, and curb crime.
(Actor Sui Tang was one of the first artists to speak out publicly and announced that he would no longer have any cooperation with Huang Zijiao.) )
People from all walks of life involved in the joint signing have mentioned that crimes against minors are serious crimes in many countries and regions, and the public will realize that "pedophilia" and filming and disseminating underage sex videos are red lines that cannot be crossed, and social concepts themselves are a deterrent.
But the current situation in Taiwan Province does not seem to be enough to deter potential offenders by law alone. The co-signers called for improvements to the law, the establishment of a database of offenders who committed crimes against minors, and the inclusion of similar offenders in the tracking of similar offenders to prevent them from repeating crimes.
(Schematic diagram)
In addition, the joint letter also mentions the need for psychological intervention for offenders who violate minors in prisons. Perpetrators must be exposed on social media, radio and television, etc., so that ordinary people are fully aware of the dangers of sexual crimes against minors.
Today's punishment of Huang Zijiao is not painful, and the overall tolerance of social concepts seems to make people ignore the viciousness of similar crimes, so it is not difficult to understand the anger of the people.
Fundamentally, sexual crimes against minors are inexcusable under any circumstances. Huang Zijiao's behavior of fueling juvenile sex crimes must be punished with heavy sentences in order to deter the Quartet.
