According to Xiamen Customs, black feather jade is a perennial succulent plant, usually distributed in the arid regions of central Mexico and the southwestern United States, with strong hallucinogenic properties, in its seeds, flower bulbs can extract strong hallucinogens - mescaline, such as accidental ingestion will cause dizziness and abdominal pain, can make people hallucinate for a long time, mental confusion, serious and even life-threatening. In addition, the introduction of plants without quarantine may pose a risk of pest introduction.
Xiamen Customs reminds that according to the "Biosecurity Law", "Quarantine Law on Imported and Exported Animals and Plants" and its implementation regulations and other laws and regulations, without approval, it is forbidden to introduce alien species, and it is forbidden to carry or deliver live animals and plants into the country.
