Lanyu LANYU held an exhibition at the National Art Museum of China
Chinese designer wedding dress brand Lanyu LANYU recently held an exhibition at the National Art Museum of China, "Poetry and Neon Clothes - Lanyu Fashion Art Exhibition", and the works on display are inspired by ancient Chinese poems and paintings. In the exhibition, the "Suzhou Embroidery" focuses on 11 pieces of Lan's Suzhou embroidery and Suzhou embroidery installation works jointly created by designer Lan Yu, the fifth generation of the Suzhou embroidery family, and his mother (Lan Tanghua, the inheritor of Suzhou embroidery). The "Fashion Chapter" showcases 22 pieces of clothing created by Lanyu in recent years, which combine intangible cultural heritage Suzhou embroidery and modern fashion design.
Chanel unveils its Cruise 2024/25 collection

Hermès launches a new collection of jewelry
Hermès has unveiled a new collection of jewellery designed by Pierre Hardy, a collection of avant-garde interpretations of classic anchor chain elements and true to Hermès chivalry, including necklaces, earrings and jewellery handbags. Hermès' sales rose 17% to 3.805 billion euros in the first quarter of this year, beating analysts' expectations. Decathlon will develop recyclable swimsuits
Decathlon has announced that it will be working with Belgian textile recycling company Resortecs to develop a recyclable swimwear collection. Farfetch reported a net loss of $93 million in the first quarter
After going bankrupt last year and being bought by Coupang for $500 million, e-commerce platform Farfetch is still losing money. Coupang said that in the first quarter ended March 31, Fafage added $288 million in revenue to its business, but had a net loss of $93 million. Adjusted EBITDA loss was $31 million. Coupang's overall revenue rose 23% to $7.1 billion, despite its net profit falling to $5 million from $86 million in the year-ago quarter as a result of the acquisition of Fafaqi.
