The Red Star News reporter learned that in 1998, Li Xifu and Jian Xiaoqiong from Yibin, Sichuan Province gave birth to a son while working in Zhejiang. This child is Chen Xinggao, who is now with his adoptive father's surname.

In fact, as early as the age of 8, Chen Xinggao learned about his life experience. But it wasn't until he grew up and had independent financial ability, coupled with the death of his adoptive father and the reorganization of the family by his adoptive mother, that he began his "journey to find his relatives". In the end, with the help of Hu Xiangyu's studio of the Mianyang Public Security Bureau, he successfully found his biological parents in Yibin, Sichuan.

Searching for Relatives:

When he was 8 years old, he learned about his origins

Now a father, he is looking forward to being reunited with his biological parents

Chen Xinggao has lived in Zhejiang since he was a child, has no brothers and sisters, and his adoptive parents are also very good to him, and his life is plain and stable.

It wasn't until he was 8 years old that his adoptive parents told him his true background that he was not their biological one. For the young Chen Xinggao, this is undoubtedly a subversion, the "mystery of identity" makes him feel lost and helpless, and also makes him more eager to understand his biological parents and the past.

For years, he has been silently hoping that he will grow up soon and find his biological parents. When he grew up, he had independent financial ability, coupled with the death of his adoptive father and the formation of a new family by his adoptive mother, in 2022, he started his "road to find relatives". However, although I thought of many ways and found many people, I had no clue.

In March 2022, Chen Xinggao sought help from Hu Xiangyu Studio of the Mianyang Public Security Bureau through the Beijing Yuanmeng Public Welfare Tracing Workstation.

"Now, I also have my own small family, and my children are in kindergarten. Watching my son grow up healthily, I thought, if we live with our biological parents, we will also be so happy, right? I want to find my biological parents, and I hope that my family can be reunited so that my parents can enjoy their family. Chen Xinggao said.

Acknowledgment:

It took the police two years to find his biological parents

The family was reunited, hugging each other and crying

On May 10, Hu Xiangyu told the Red Star News reporter that after receiving the report, the studio immediately launched relevant investigation work, guided Chen Xinggao to collect biological samples, and there was no result in the blind ratio of DNA after testing and storage.

In the following two years, Hu Xiangyu's studio conducted several ancestral analyses of Chen Xinggao's biological samples, until early 2024, when the latest ancestral source analysis revealed that Chen Xinggao was suspected to be related to a family surnamed Li in Xuzhou District, Yibin, Sichuan. The studio immediately verified the big data, instructed the volunteers of the studio to visit and asked the local village cadres, and preliminarily determined that Li Xifu, a native of Zhouba Village, Xuzhou District, Yibin, may be Chen Xinggao's biological father.

Later, after further investigation by Hu Xiangyu's studio, it was found that Li Xifu and Jian Xiaoqiong gave birth to a son in 1998 while working in Zhejiang, and because no one took care of them, they were fostered into other people's homes, and the children were stolen in the foster family half a year later. Due to the disappearance of the child in other provinces, the couple was estranged and did not report the case to the public security organs for many years.

When they received a call from Hu Xiangyu, Li Xifu and his wife were shocked and couldn't believe it was true. In March 2024, under the guidance of Hu Xiangyu's studio, the police collected biological samples from Li Xifu and Jian Xiaoqiong and their husbands and put them into storage. In April, the National Public Security Organs' Anti-Trafficking System Notification Department confirmed that Chen Xinggao, a native of Zhejiang, and Li Xifu and Jian Xiaoqiong, from Yibin, Sichuan, met the genetic markers of triad kinship, and had a biological genetic relationship, and a parent-child relationship.

On the afternoon of May 10, in Chengdu, Sichuan, Chen Xinggao hugged and cried with his biological parents at the 11th recognition ceremony of the "Sichuan Public Security 2024 Anti-Abduction Special Action" jointly organized by Mianyang Public Security, Mianyang Women's Federation, and Beijing Yuanmeng Public Welfare.

Past:

The couple gave birth to a second son while working

Sent to the worker's hometown for foster care, the child is missing

The Red Star News reporter learned that Li Xifu and his wife have three children, and the missing child is the second child.

Li Xifu introduced that in 1998, the couple went to Zhejiang to work. While working, my wife realized that she was pregnant again, and the doctor told her that the fetus in her womb had been four and a half months. After the birth of the child, in addition to work, Li Xifu and his wife took good care of the child, and the burden of life became heavier and heavier.

Li Xifu recalled that his wife had several good sisters in the factory at that time, and when one of them saw that they had to go to work and take care of the children, he offered to send the children to her hometown to be taken care of by her in-laws. After much thought, they accepted the suggestion. In this way, the child was just a full moon, and they sent the child to the sister's hometown.

Before the Spring Festival that year, the husband and wife happily went to the workers' hometown in Zhejiang, preparing to pick up the child home for the New Year, but unexpectedly got the news that the child was missing. It turned out that when the old man went up to work in the mountains, he left the sleeping child at home alone, and when he returned home after work, the child was gone.

"The child was missing, and they didn't tell us in time. At that time, we were anxious and angry, but because we were not familiar with the place, we were too timid to pursue it, so we never called the police. Li Xifu said that later, they never gave up searching, searched everywhere for news, and ran to many provinces over the years, but found nothing. It wasn't until they received a call from Hu Xiangyu that the family cried with joy.

According to reports, in March this year, the Ministry of Public Security deployed public security organs across the country to carry out the "2024 Special Action to Combat Abduction". As of May 10, 1 case involving abduction has been cracked, 3 suspects have been arrested, and 39 missing and abducted children have been recovered.

Wu Di, head of the criminal investigation detachment of the Mianyang Municipal Public Security Bureau, called on the public security organs to carry out the "special operation against abduction" on a regular basis, which requires the support of the broad masses of the people, and asked everyone to actively report clues on suspected child abduction and trafficking cases. At the same time, parents of missing and abducted children and suspected abductees are requested to take the initiative to seek help from nearby public security organs, receive free DNA information collection, and strive to achieve family reunion as soon as possible.
