Notice of temporary traffic control
The 2024 "Tianfu Dragon Boat Festival" will be held in Nanhe, Xinjin District on June 9th and 10th, in order to ensure the smooth holding of the dragon boat race, the harmonious operation of social traffic, and the safe and smooth flow of roads, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China, the temporary traffic control notice during the Dragon Boat Festival is hereby announced as follows.
1. Vehicles are prohibited from passing through the road section
1. From 8 a.m. to 13 p.m. on June 9 and 10, the section of Xishunhe Street on the north bank of the Nanhe River in Xinjin District, the intersection of Hailin Lane 1 Lane on Zhengxi Street to the section of Colorful City on Waixi Street will be closed to motor vehicles.
2. From 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. on June 9 and from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on the 10th, the section from the intersection of the hiking trail on Wangjiang Road on the south bank of the South River to the Jingangwan culvert section will be closed to vehicles.
Second, the vehicle flow control section
From 8 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. on June 9, the traffic flow was controlled on the section of the Public Security Bureau of Mofan Street, Xishunhe Street, and a small section of Xinjin on Zhengdong Street.
3. Temporary control of freight vehicles
From 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. on June 9 and 10, freight vehicles will be closed to the intersection of Deng Shuang Minjiang Community on Minjiang Avenue and the intersection of the old wharf on Xinpu Road.
1. Minjiang Avenue Leshan direction to car, Xinjin and Qinglong junction Longbaozhu intersection - Wuyang Bridge - Xinke Avenue - Xichuang Avenue - Caiwan Interchange - large road - Shuangliu (Chengdu).
2. Vehicles coming from the direction of Shuangliu on Dahu Road, the intersection of the North Second Ring Road of Dahu Road - Caiwan Interchange - Xichuang Avenue - Xinke Avenue - Longbaozhu Intersection at the junction of Xinjin and Qinglong - Leshan.
3. Xinpu Road Pujiang direction of the car, Xinpu Road old wharf - Yihe Avenue - Baihelin Road - (Shihe Bridge intersection) Xingyuan 11th Road - North Second Ring Road intersection, through the large road to Shuangliu, Chengdu, through Caiwan Interchange - Xichuang Avenue - Xinke Avenue - Xinjin and Qinglong junction Longbaozhu intersection.
Fourth, temporarily occupy the road parking section
On the north bank of the South River, Wuyang Middle Road, Wuyang West Road, Zhengxi Street Public Security Bureau Road Section, and Zhengdong Street Xinjin Short Road Section are set up for two-way road parking; The non-motorized vehicle lane of Yingbin Avenue is set up to temporarily occupy the road for parking; On the south bank of the South River, the Wuhe Road hiking trail - Zhoujiahuayuan intersection, Wenchang Road and Yihe Avenue section are set up to occupy the road and park in both directions. Parking is prohibited from the old South Bridge to the hiking trail on Minjiang Avenue.
5. Tips for safe and civilized travel
1. During the Dragon Boat Festival, residents along the Nanhe River will drive to avoid vehicles and control the flow of vehicles.
2. Spectators and tourists who go to the banks of the Nanhe River, drive to avoid driving into the riverside road control section, and will park to the planned temporary road parking section when going to watch the dragon boat race, tolerate and be polite when traffic congestion, and follow the guidance of the public security traffic police.
3. Anyone who violates this notice shall be punished by the traffic management department of the public security organ according to law, and the cumulative demerit management of traffic violations shall be implemented.
