In today's increasingly digital world, WeChat has become an indispensable part of our lives. It is not only an important tool for communicating with friends and family, but also an important platform for daily payment transfers. Did you know that your ID card may have been bound to more than one WeChat account? Recently, when a netizen checked his WeChat account, he was surprised to find that his ID card was bound to five WeChat accounts, three of which he used himself, and the other two were unfamiliar accounts. In order to ensure the security of WeChat accounts and prevent them from being used by criminals, how should we check the number of accounts bound to our ID cards? Below I will share the method, I hope it will be helpful to you.
First open WeChat, (as shown in the picture above)
How do I query it after opening? Click "Me" in the bottom right corner, (as shown in the image above)
Then open the settings, (as shown in the image above)
Once in the settings, click on "General". (as shown in the image above)
At the bottom of the generic, you can see Accessibility, (as shown in the image above)
After opening, select "WeChat Pay" (as shown in the image above)
Go to the page and click on "Help Center". (as shown in the image above)
In the Help Center, there is an option to "query and manage accounts" (as shown in the figure above)
After opening, select "Query Accounts", (as shown in the figure above)
Enter the page and click "Go to Query". (as shown in the image above)
This query function requires us to fill in my name and ID number, and select "Next" after filling in. (as shown in the image above)
After passing, you can see the WeChat Pay account bound to your name. If you have an unfamiliar account, be sure to select "Clear". Failure to do so may result in stolen money or other adverse effects. (as shown in the image above)
