Everyone knows exactly what the attitude of the United States is toward the socialist camp, and this visit to two socialist countries in succession has really made the United States both angry and helpless.

Especially in Vietnam, Biden just visited last year, and the two sides chatted happily, and upgraded their relationship to a "comprehensive strategic partnership".

If Vietnam can only make the United States angry, North Korea is helpless for the United States, and there is still a trace of worry.
This is Putin's second visit to the DPRK in 24 years since July 2000. In fact, Russia has officially announced this news at the beginning of the year, but before going to North Korea, you must first come to China.
The priorities must be clearly distinguished, and Russia's current consciousness is still possible.
During their visit to China last month, the leaders of China and Russia signed a joint declaration on a number of cooperations, including the Tumen River estuary.

Of course, the more important purpose of Putin's visit to the DPRK is the comprehensive cooperation between the two sides.

Now Putin has signed a resolution agreeing to sign the "Comprehensive Strategic Partnership Treaty" with the DPRK. The agreement, once signed, will replace the 1961, 2000 and 2001 agreements.
In particular, the cooperation between the DPRK and Russia in the military field is the most feared by the United States and South Korea.
Kim Jong-un has long made it clear that North Korea provides "full and unconditional support" for Russia's "holy battle" to defend its security interests, and that Pyongyang will always stand shoulder to shoulder with Moscow on the "anti-imperialist" front.
For Russia, the conflict between Russia and Ukraine will continue as military aid from the United States and the West arrives again. Only now by continuing to expand the battlefield superiority can we take the initiative in negotiations.
North Korea's abundant military production capacity can just support the huge consumption of the Russian army.
For North Korea, the situation on the peninsula is now more volatile than before. As South Korea's political scene has become more chaotic, the situation between the two Koreas has become more hostile.
