On the afternoon of June 17, the inspection team of the Provincial People's Congress, led by Xu Bin, deputy director of the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Congress, carried out law enforcement inspections on the implementation of the "Tourism Law of the People's Republic of China" and the "Tourism Regulations of Yunnan Province" in Shilin County.
The inspection team, accompanied by Bi Huizhi, a first-level inspector of the Standing Committee of the Kunming Municipal People's Congress, Wan Chunlin, secretary of the party group and director of the Standing Committee of the County People's Congress, and other relevant leaders of the city (county), went deep into the Stone Forest Tourist Reception Center, the Stone Forest Scenic Area Command and Dispatch Center, the Large (Small) Stone Forest Scenic Area and Ashima Tourism and Cultural City, and listened to the report on the construction of the "Digital Stone Forest" in the scenic spot, optimizing resource protection, improving the spatial layout and other related work, and learned more about the tourism development plan. The utilization and development of tourism resources, the construction of tourism informatization, and the integrated development of tourism and cultural industries.
The inspection team fully affirmed the active implementation of the "Tourism Law of the People's Republic of China" and the "Tourism Regulations of Yunnan Province" by the Shilin County Party Committee, the county government and the cultural and tourism departments, the continuous recovery and growth of the county's tourism economy, the acceleration of the upgrading of the tourism product system, the continuous promotion of major project construction, and the transformation and upgrading of cultural tourism.
The inspection team demanded that Shilin should fully tap the resource advantages of "Ashima" and the local minority culture, and comprehensively plan and improve the quality of high-quality tourism routes and tourism reception services. It is necessary to further accelerate the upgrading and construction of tourism infrastructure and public service facilities, empower with culture, use digital technology and other scientific and technological means to continuously improve the sense of tourism experience and tourist satisfaction, and promote the high-quality development of the tourism industry.
