One

Positions and quantities to be recruited

This recruitment of 10 police auxiliary personnel. For details of the recruitment positions, numbers and conditions, please refer to the "List of Recruitment Conditions for Staff in Police Auxiliary Positions" (Annex 1, hereinafter referred to as the "List of Recruitment Conditions").

Two

Recruitment targets and application conditions

(1) Recruitment targets

Have the nationality of the People's Republic of China, support the Constitution of the People's Republic of China, abide by national laws and regulations, and be of good character.

(2) Application conditions

1. Age 18-35 years old, age calculation as of June 21, 2024, such as age 18 to 35 years old, refers to the period from June 22, 1988 to June 21, 2006.

2. Academic qualifications: have obtained a college degree or above in the national education (including full-time, self-study examinations, adult education, network education, night college, electrical university, correspondence course) (veterans can be relaxed to a high school degree), except for special provisions for recruitment positions.

3. Have the physical condition, psychological quality and work ability required to perform job responsibilities normally.

4. Have a complete personnel file, and ensure that the personal personnel file is transferred to the personnel file storage point designated by the unit during the probation period. Personnel files must not be missing student records and other necessary materials as stipulated by the policy.

5. Special requirements for the post: The age, education, experience, major (which must match the academic qualifications required by the post), skills, etc., are subject to the specific requirements of each position, see Annex 1 for details.

(3) In any of the following circumstances, it is not within the scope of recruitment:

1. Participating in illegal organizations, cults, or engaging in other activities endangering national security;

2. A family member or a major social associate has been sentenced to a criminal penalty or is under investigation;

3. Those who have received criminal punishment or are suspected of violating the law or crime and have not yet been investigated; Where the circumstances of the crime are minor, and the people's procuratorate makes a decision not to prosecute in accordance with law, or the people's court waives criminal punishment in accordance with law;

4. Fabricating or disseminating information that damages the reputation of the state, opposes the party's theories, lines, principles and policies, or violates national laws and regulations;

5. Those who have been punished by the administration of public security or have been punished for drug abuse, prostitution, or gambling;

6. Those who have been placed under administrative detention, judicial detention, or custody and education;

7. The lawyer's or notary's practice certificate has been revoked;

8. Those who have been dismissed from public office, expelled from the military, or dismissed or dismissed due to violations of discipline and regulations;

9. Engaging in auxiliary police work without authorization before the contract period has expired;

10. Being entered into the list of seriously untrustworthy entities in accordance with law;

11. Have a relatively serious negative personal credit record;

12. Chongqing Municipal Public Security Organs' in-service auxiliary police or those who have left their positions as auxiliary police for less than 2 years;

13. Full-time college students who have not obtained a graduation certificate at the time of registration;

14. Other people who are not suitable to engage in auxiliary police work.

(4) The following personnel shall be given priority in recruitment under the same conditions:

1. The surviving family members of martyrs and the surviving families of soldiers, people's police, and auxiliary police who died in the line of duty;

2. Retired soldiers, rescuers who have withdrawn from the national comprehensive fire and rescue team;

3. Righteous and courageous personnel;

4. Spouse of an in-service public security policeman;

5. Graduates majoring in public security or law;

6. Personnel with professional qualifications and professional skills required for the position.

(5) Precautions

1. Applicants must love the cause of public security and be willing to engage in police auxiliary work. If the motivation for applying for the examination is not pure, the examination may be abandoned at any time, and the auxiliary police work is not cherished and resigned at will, please consider carefully before applying for the examination.

2. Applicants should register according to their own conditions and in strict accordance with the requirements of each recruitment position. If it is found that the conditions of the applicant do not match the requirements of the position at any time, the qualification for application or employment will be cancelled, and the consequences shall be borne by the applicant.

3. Applicants should ensure that the application information is true and accurate. If false information is found, the applicant will be disqualified. Those who forge or alter relevant certificates, materials, and information, fraudulently obtain examination qualifications, and maliciously register will be severely dealt with in accordance with relevant regulations.

4. Applicants can only choose one position to register, and the registration must use the second-generation resident ID card within the validity period, and it must be consistent with the ID card used during the examination.

5. The contact phone number and mailing address filled in by the applicant should be accurate to ensure that they can be contacted in a timely manner.

6. Applicants should register according to their own conditions and in strict accordance with the requirements of each recruitment position. If it is found that the conditions of the applicant do not match the requirements of the position at any time, the qualification for application or employment will be cancelled, and the consequences shall be borne by the applicant.

7. If the applicant has any violation of rules and disciplines in any part of the recruitment, once found, the applicant or employment qualification will be cancelled.

8. Before applying for the examination, applicants should verify their personnel files to ensure that they meet the above conditions before applying. Before the expiration of the probationary period, if the personnel file cannot be retrieved to the designated storage place or the personnel file is incomplete, it will be deemed that it does not meet the employment conditions, and the unit has the right to terminate it at any time.

Related treatments

The employment system implements a dispatch system, and the contract period is two years, of which the internship period is 6 months (including the probation period of 2 months). The salary is composed of basic salary, level salary, job performance, and allowance. During the probationary period, only the basic salary of 2,100 yuan and related subsidies will be paid every month, and the level of salary will be 200-500 yuan/month after the internship period expires. The unit pays the "five insurances and one housing fund" in full according to the regulations, purchases commercial insurance, provides working meals, carries out health examinations every year, and distributes clothing.

Recruitment is carried out by means of online registration, qualification review, written examination, physical fitness test, professional skills test, interview, physical examination, inspection, publicity and employment, and the specific content of each process is as follows:

(1) Online registration

2. (6) In-service personnel need to provide a certificate of consent from their employer.

(7) Personal credit information: Candidates can inquire about their credit information through the "Public Inquiry Portal" of the "Joint Rewards and Punishments" column of the "Credit Supervision" column of the "Credit China (Chongqing)" website and print a screenshot; Non-local candidates should inquire through the relevant columns of the local "Credit China" website.

(8) Original personal credit report: The test should be printed at the bank or downloaded and printed by logging in to the People's Bank of China Credit Information Center (http://www.pbccrc.org.cn) Internet Personal Credit Information Service Platform.

(9) 1 original and 1 copy of the relevant qualification certification certificate for the position to be applied.

In the whole recruitment process, if you do not meet the recruitment conditions and commit fraud, once verified, you will be disqualified from applying or hiring, and the responsibility shall be borne by the applicant. Those who pass the qualification examination will be notified by Fisker through SMS or online announcement; Those who fail to pass the qualification examination will not be notified and all application materials will not be returned.

4. The specific time of qualification review is subject to the notice on Fisker's official website. Those who fail to arrive at the scene at the time specified in the notice will be deemed to have voluntarily given up their qualifications for this application.

(3) Written examination

1. The written test adopts a closed-book method, and the type of examination questions refers to the type of examination questions for the recruitment of national civil servants or public institutions, including administrative vocational ability test, comprehensive basic knowledge, computer basic knowledge, basic legal knowledge, etc., and the written test adopts a 100-point system, and the written test score accounts for 50% of the total score.

2. The time and place of the written test will be notified separately, and the results of the written test will be announced on the official website of Fisker Company.

(4) Physical fitness test

1. According to the ratio of 1:5 of the number of recruits planned for the position, the list of participants in the physical test will be determined according to the written test results from high to low (all post reference personnel who do not reach 1:5 will enter the physical fitness test). If the last candidate has a tie in the written test, they will be entered into the physical fitness test.

2. The physical fitness test shall be carried out with reference to the "Physical Fitness Assessment Items and Standards for the Recruitment of People's Police by Public Security Organs". There are three physical fitness test items, namely men's 1000-meter run (women's 800-meter run), 10-meter *4 round-trip run, and vertical jump. The physical fitness test criteria are detailed in Annex 2.

3. The time and place of the physical fitness test will be notified separately, and the physical fitness test results will be announced to the candidates immediately after the physical fitness test, and the physical fitness test results and the list of candidates who will be interviewed will be announced on the official website of Fisker Company.

4. If the candidate has any objection to the results of the physical fitness test of himself or others, he or she shall file a complaint or report on the spot, and the arbitration team will deal with it on the spot, and will not accept it if it is not submitted on the spot.

(5) Interview

1. According to the ratio of 1:2 according to the number of job plans, (if it does not reach 1:2, all qualified personnel in the physical fitness test will enter the interview), and the list of candidates to participate in the interview will be determined according to the written test results from high to low among the qualified personnel in the physical fitness test. If the last candidate has a tie in the written test, they will all enter the interview.

2. The interview is conducted in a structured interview, which mainly examines the basic qualities and abilities of candidates to meet the needs of the position. The interview sequence is drawn on the spot, and the interview adopts a 100-point system, with the interview score accounting for 50% of the total score, and the interview score is calculated to two decimal places and the interview score is announced on the spot.

3. How to calculate the candidate's total score

Candidates' total score = 50% of the written test score × + 50% of the interview score ×. The total score is calculated to two decimal places.

4. Set the passing score of the interview to 60 points.

5. The time and place of the interview will be notified separately, and the interview results and total scores will be announced on the official website of Fisker Company.

(6) Physical examination

1. According to the total score, the list of participants in the physical examination will be determined from high to low according to the ratio of 1:1 of the number of recruits planned for the post. When there is a tie in the total score of the last place in the physical examination, the personnel who belong to the circumstances in Item 4 of Article 2 of this announcement will be the first priority to enter the physical examination, and the other scores will be tied with the highest interview score first, and those with the same interview score will be given priority to the one with good long-distance running score.

2. On the day of the physical examination, candidates need to bring their original ID card, a 1-inch recent color registration photo, a black signature pen, and bring their own physical examination fee. Candidates should wear casual clothes to participate in the physical examination, and are not allowed to wear standard clothing or special style clothing. Do not eat spicy and greasy food before the physical examination, do not eat after 20:00 the night before the physical examination, and do not eat breakfast or drink water on the day of the physical examination.

3. The basic requirements of physical examination are: good health, good physical appearance, no stuttering, no hard of hearing, no color blindness, no tattoos, and no infectious diseases. The physical examination items not specified in this announcement shall be implemented with reference to the General Standards for Physical Examination for Civil Servants (Trial) and the Special Standards for Physical Examination for Civil Servants (Trial).

4. The time, place and related matters of physical examination will be notified separately.

(7) Investigation

Those who pass the physical examination are to be inspected by the inspection team, and the standards are to be implemented with reference to the requirements of the city's political investigation work on the recruitment of people's police, and a comprehensive investigation is to be conducted on the candidates' political ideology, moral character, daily performance, qualifications, personal credit situation, family members, and experience in major social relationships, and the inspection materials are issued to make a comprehensive evaluation. Family members refer to spouses, parents (guardians, direct dependents), parents-in-law (parents-in-law, mothers-in-law), children over the age of 14, and unmarried siblings. Primary social relationships refer to married siblings, grandparents, maternal grandparents. The principle of on-site investigation should be adhered to, and if there are difficulties in on-site inspection, the personnel file management unit of the subject of the investigation, the police station where the household registration is located and other institutions can be entrusted to conduct the inspection on behalf of the person under investigation, and issue materials corresponding to the inspection situation.

(8) Publicity

The qualified personnel are determined to be hired, and the list will be publicized on Fisker official website for a period of 5 days.

During the publicity period, those who have received complaints and are found to be ineligible for employment will not be hired; For those that are difficult to verify for the time being, the employment shall be suspended, and the decision on whether to hire shall be made after the verification and conclusion is made.

If there is a vacancy caused by the failure of the physical examination and inspection, the personnel to be hired give up their qualifications for employment or the problems found during the publicity period are not hired, the Wansheng Public Security Bureau will study and decide whether to fill the position in the order of the total score from high to low.

(9) Employment

If there is no problem after publicity or the problem does not affect the employment, it shall be determined as the employment object, and bring relevant materials: 3 copies of ID card (front and back), 3 copies of household registration (personal page + increase or decrease page + household page), 3 copies of one-inch registration photos (blue background or red background), 2 copies of the highest education (graduation certificate + degree certificate), 1 copy of the resignation certificate of the previous unit or 1 copy of the non-employment certificate issued by the street, and 1 copy of the ICBC salary card (first-class card) to Fisker Company to sign the labor contract according to the prescribed procedures.

Candidates who have obtained a full-time college degree or above since 2022 need to apply for unemployment registration with the category of "college graduates in the past two years" on the "Chongqing Human Resources and Social Security" APP, and at the same time take a screenshot of the successful interface and print 2 copies; If the candidate is a veteran, 2 copies of the discharge certificate must be provided.

The probationary period of the hired personnel is two months, and the probationary period shall receive pre-job training and probationary assessment, and if the probationary period expires and passes the assessment, they will be formally hired, and those who fail to meet the requirements shall be terminated from the labor relationship in accordance with the law. At the same time, the hired personnel will be assigned and selected one by one according to the order of the total score from high to low.
