At the event site, the masses came to the fast inspection vehicle to send the pork, beef and other meat products just purchased from the market for inspection.
This activity focuses on pork, beef, mutton, and chicken, and actively carries out rapid moisture testing for the above meat products.
At the same time, the staff of the District Market Supervision Bureau solicited the opinions of the masses on the spot, and tested the meat products sold by the fixed vendors "clicked" by the masses in the farmers' market. Consumers can observe the sampling and rapid testing process throughout the process.
On the day of the event, the food safety rapid testing vehicle successively came to the first comprehensive market of Big Bend, Dafu Changliuhe Market, and the second comprehensive market of Big Bend, and a total of 16 samples of meat products such as pork and beef were quickly tested, involving 10 meat product sales units, and the moisture content was not detected to exceed the standard.
In addition to testing meat products, according to the designated requirements of on-site consumers, a total of 14 samples were "sent for testing" by the rapid inspection public, including cabbage, leeks, water spinach, cowpeas, shallots, etc., and the rapid test results were all negative.
