In the competition, the contestants wore traditional dragon dance costumes and danced to the sound of passionate drums, showing the agility and power of the dragon's leap, allowing the audience to feel the unique appeal of dragon dance culture, and at the same time conveying the profound connotation and charm of traditional Chinese culture.
The event was co-sponsored by the Beihu District Education Bureau and the Beihu District Bureau of Culture, Tourism, Broadcasting and Sports, and undertaken by Chenzhou Dongwan Primary School and Chenzhou Xiaobu Sunshine Sports and Culture Industry Development Co., Ltd. The event kicked off with the sound of the national anthem, and the referee representatives and athlete representatives made speeches respectively. The competition covers 24-style Taijiquan, Southern Boxing, Wushu Aerobics, Three-section Changquan, Dragon Dance and other events. A number of tracks have been designed, such as primary school group A, primary school group B, primary school group C and junior high school group. Contestants from primary schools and junior high schools in Beihu District competed fiercely.
