Recently, the first project of Quzhou West Traction Substation in the Jiande to Quzhou section of Hangzhou-Quzhou High-speed Railway has successfully passed the evaluation of China Railway Group and China Railway Shanghai Bureau Group Co., Ltd., marking that the project construction has entered a new stage of standardization and large-scale construction, and has laid a solid foundation for the promotion and implementation of the subsequent traction substation project.
The railway department formed an evaluation expert group to inspect the construction technology of key processes such as housing and floor drainage, lightning protection and grounding construction, frame assembly, indoor and outdoor equipment installation, cable laying, secondary wiring, modularization and polymer material plugging, and fully affirmed the on-site BIM technology application and process innovation highlights.
At the first project evaluation meeting, the expert group unanimously agreed that the overall layout of Quzhou West Traction Substation is reasonable, the process standards are unified, the data is displayed throughout the process, and the interface is excellent at one time, which meets the detailed design and process quality standards, sets a benchmark for the whole line, and implements the first project implementation plan from a high starting point and successfully passes the evaluation.
Since the construction of the first project, the Hangzhou Railway Hub Project Construction Headquarters has organized the participating units to strictly follow the quality and technological innovation management requirements of China Railway Group and China Railway Shanghai Bureau Group Co., Ltd., fully implement the policy of "first article evaluation, model guidance", and adhere to careful planning, fine management, high quality and high standards to promote the construction of Hangzhou-Quzhou high-speed railway.
The project fully implements the "quality control" management, uses BIM modeling technology to deeply optimize the high and low voltage cable laying and wiring process, realizes information disclosure through the QR code, visualizes, clarifies, standardizes and improves the efficiency of the construction process, and ensures the comprehensive excellence of the first project.
The evaluation of the first substation project was successfully passed, which unified the process standards for the follow-up construction of the Hangzhou-Qu high-speed railway, and also provided an important guarantee for the subsequent opening.
The Hangzhou-Quzhou high-speed railway is a fast high-speed rail channel connecting Hangzhou and Quzhou in Zhejiang Province, with a total length of about 131 kilometers and 6 stations in Jiande, Jiande South, Longyou North, Qujiang (reserved), Quzhou West and Jiangshan, with a design speed of 350 kilometers per hour. After the completion and operation of the Hangzhou-Qu high-speed railway, a rapid transportation channel and economic bridge will be erected between the Hangzhou Bay Economic Belt and the Jinquli Economic Belt, which is of great significance for further optimizing the structural layout of the regional railway network, helping the integrated and high-quality development of the Yangtze River Delta, and promoting the coordinated development of the regional economy.
