During the period, he led everyone to analyze and sort out the feasibility plan for reducing energy consumption and improving the driving mileage of pure electric vehicles from the perspectives of batteries, motors, electronic controls, and hybrid systems, and put forward 13 special topics for improving the driving range of pure electric vehicles.

During the period, in order to overcome the noise problem of the reducer and find the optimal solution for the silent electric drive, Huang Min led the team to make an article on the reducer assembly, through system simulation, to find the shaft tooth optimization design scheme in the range of 0.1 microns, and innovatively introduced high-precision honing technology to optimize the tooth shape and gear backlash, thereby improving the gear machining accuracy, effectively suppressing all kinds of jitter, and the total coincidence reached the advanced level in the industry. In this process, the team also creatively optimized the motor for the pain points of motor noise. A variety of processes and methods are used to greatly reduce motor noise. In addition, in order to ensure that the electric drive system can achieve the best NVH effect under different working conditions, he also led the team to adopt an effective solution to reduce the noise of the electric drive controller and reduce the radiation of the assembly noise.

In the past 10 months, Huang Min and his partners have worked hard, and the average working hours of the backbone of the team have reached 14 hours a day.
