5. Recruitment Procedures

(1) Registration and qualification review

2. Eligibility:

Each applicant is limited to one recruitment position.

On-site registration review materials: Candidates will go to the site for qualification review (not replaced by others). Provide the original and photocopy of the registration form (the photo is on a red background), the original and photocopy of the applicant's ID card, household registration booklet (or the page of the household registration book printed with the applicant's household registration information) and the academic qualifications, degree certificates, qualification certificates (or examination transcripts), file storage certificates, electronic registration and filing forms for academic certificates of the Ministry of Education, degree certification reports and other relevant documents;

3. Collect the admission ticket

(2) Examinations

The examination adopts a 100-point system, and the total score of the examination = ×60% of the written test score + 40% of the interview score × (the written test score, interview score, and total test score are calculated according to the rounding method to retain two decimal places, and the mantissa is rounded)

The total passing score of the examination of the personnel to be hired is 60 points.

1. Written test

(1) The written test is conducted in a closed-book manner, with a total score of 100 points, a passing line of 60 points, and an examination time of 120 minutes.

2. Interview

(1) According to the written test results from high to low scores, the interview candidates will be determined in order according to the ratio of 1:3; If it is less than 1:3, it will be determined according to the actual number of people, and when there is a tie, the tied personnel will enter the interview at the same time.

(2) The interview will be conducted in a structured interview mode, with a total score of 100 points and a passing line of 60 points. It mainly tests the comprehensive quality and ability of candidates in terms of professional and technical level, logical thinking, language expression, etc., required for work.

(3) Physical examination

According to the order of the comprehensive score from high to low, the physical examination candidates will be determined according to the ratio of 1:1 of the number of people to be recruited. When there is a tie, the written test score will be sorted from high to low; In the event of a tie again, the candidates will be determined in equal amounts by means of an additional test (written test). The list of persons entering the physical examination link and the time and place of the physical examination will be notified separately. The cost of the physical examination shall be borne by the candidate.

The physical examination shall be arranged in a general hospital at or above the county level with physical examination qualifications. If the conclusion of the physical examination is unqualified and needs to be re-examined, the recruiting unit, the candidates participating in the physical examination and their families can apply within 3 working days after the announcement of the physical examination results, and after the consent of the recruitment leading group, they shall arrange for the re-examination in another hospital at the same level or above the same level with physical examination qualifications. If the recruiting unit, the candidates participating in the physical examination and their families still have doubts about the results of the re-examination, the hospital undertaking the re-examination shall organize relevant experts to conduct a consultation and make a final conclusion. For those who cannot complete all the physical examination items due to pregnancy, they shall be implemented in accordance with relevant national policies.

Those who do not attend the physical examination on time will be deemed to have given up their qualifications. Those who fail to pass the physical examination will not be allowed to enter the next link. In the physical examination process, the vacancy quota formed due to the individual's voluntary abandonment or unqualified physical examination will be filled according to the comprehensive results.

(4) Investigation

Those who pass the physical examination are determined to be candidates for inspection. Examine the ideological and political performance, legal and discipline concepts, moral character, work attitude, professional ability, work performance, and whether the proposed employment target meets the requirements for recusal.

Fresh graduates are mainly inspected for their learning during the school period, their usual ideological and political performance, etc., and in principle, the school's graduation appraisal and other supporting materials shall prevail.

For other inspection targets, the community or village committee shall issue proof of their compliance with discipline and law, ideological and political performance, and other materials. If there is any doubt about the supporting materials, they may make a return visit by telephone, consult by letter, or send someone to the applicant's graduate school, community, or village committee to conduct an on-the-spot investigation. At the same time, it is necessary to review and review the authenticity and files of the application information provided by them, and reconfirm the qualifications of the candidates.

Those who do not participate in the inspection and provide complete personal files at the specified time and place shall be deemed to have given up automatically. Those who fail to pass the inspection shall not be hired. The vacancies formed by candidates in the inspection process due to personal voluntary abandonment or unqualified inspection will be filled in order according to the interview results.

(5) Publicity of employment

Those who pass the examination, physical examination and inspection are determined to be hired, and will be publicized before employment within 7 working days on the WeChat public account. If the problem is found to be true after investigation, the qualifications of the proposed personnel shall be cancelled.

The hired personnel are subject to a system of employment and probationary period, and the probationary period is included in the term of the employment contract. After the expiration of the probationary period and passing the assessment, the employment will be formally hired, and if the assessment is not qualified, the employment will be cancelled. The hired personnel enjoy the corresponding post treatment of non-staff personnel. During the employment period, the person who cannot obtain the practice qualification certificate of the corresponding position will be automatically dismissed.
