Material:
250g hot rice
Beef fillet 200g
Shredded onion 1/2
15g finely chopped green onions
3 grams of cooked white sesame seeds
1 egg
Soup:
Soy sauce 50 grams
Sake 20 grams
Apple Chun 30 grams
10 grams of bonito flakes
Water 150ml
Method:
1. Cut the onion into shreds, cut the beef slices in half, and set aside.
2. Add 150ml of water, sugar, soy sauce, sake, apple chun, bonito to a deep pot and simmer over low heat for 5 minutes, filter to complete the sauce.
Tip: This sauce goes well with Japanese dishes such as sukiyaki.
3. Take the wok without oil, stir-fry the shredded onion for a while, then add the beef slices and fry until colored, and then pour in the appropriate amount of sauce to cook the beef.
4. Spread the sauce and meat slices on top of the hot rice, garnish with chopped green onions, and add egg yolks to finish.
