Material:

250g hot rice

Beef fillet 200g

Shredded onion 1/2

15g finely chopped green onions

1 egg

Soup:

Soy sauce 50 grams

Sake 20 grams

Apple Chun 30 grams

10 grams of bonito flakes

Water 150ml

Method:

1. Cut the onion into shreds, cut the beef slices in half, and set aside.
