On June 27, the "2024 Fourth Hubei (Wuhan) Project Investment Fair" was held in Wuhan. A total of 212 high-quality state-owned land plots with great investment value have been recommended in 32 counties and cities in 8 prefectures and cities, including Xiaogan, Xianning, Huanggang, Jingzhou and Shiyan.

At the meeting, Li Naichao, president of the Beijing Residential Real Estate Chamber of Commerce, said that many chambers of commerce enterprises came to Hubei for the first time and were very optimistic about the development of Hubei. The fair showcased 212 land parcels, including residential, commercial and industrial sites. The educational, medical, commercial, leisure and other supporting facilities around each block are perfect, and the development conditions are mature, which can meet the different needs of enterprise investment and development.
This time, Xiaogan recommended 68 plots, the largest number. The recommended plots are mainly concentrated in the vicinity of Xiaogan East Railway Station and the airport economic zone adjacent to Wuhan Tianhe Airport. As a key development area in the city, Binhu New Town will promote more than 20 land plots at one time, and plan to build a high-end new urban area integrating high-end business, high-quality residential, health and elderly care, characteristic industries, and waterfront parks. Lu Hong, deputy director of the Xiaogan Municipal Bureau of Natural Resources and Urban-Rural Development, said that Xiaogan's close proximity to Wuhan and its solid industrial foundation have made it an ideal place for many investors in recent years. Xianning recommended a total of 30 land plots this time. Huanggang played the card of "Huanggang High School" and launched two plots on the south side of Huanggang No. 2 Middle School.
