In order to effectively solve the employment problem of migrant workers in Tanghe County, which has a relatively high proportion of urban disadvantaged groups due to illness and education, and cannot realize the employment problem of migrant workers, it has continuously expanded channels to help them increase their employment income. The County Rural Revitalization Bureau makes full use of the window set up in the county government service center to solve the difficulties of urban workers and residents, closely connects with the window set up by the County Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, and cooperates with various job fairs sponsored by the Tanghe County Party Committee and the county government and co-organized by the Tanghe County Human Resources and Social Security Bureau.
On the evening of June 26, 2024, more than 40 enterprises inside and outside the county, county trade unions, disabled persons' federations and other related industry departments jointly participated in the 2024 Tanghe County "100 Days and 100 Million Recruitment Special Action" and "Summer Employment Night Market" webcast recruitment activity hosted by the Tanghe County Party Committee and the county government and undertaken by the Tanghe County Human Resources and Social Security Bureau.
Since September 2023, the Tanghe County Rural Revitalization Bureau and the County Human Resources and Social Security Bureau have jointly held four special job fairs for workers and residents in difficulty in various forms to help more than 20 people from difficult families find employment and increase income.
