"The installation of the steel structure of the Modaoxi Bridge of the Jianglong Expressway Project has officially entered the hoisting stage. At present, on-site workers are transporting, lifting, installing and welding arch rib segments, and it is expected that the arch rib hoisting will be completed by the end of August 2024 and the full construction will be completed in March 2025. Modaoxi Bridge is an important control node project of Jianglong Expressway in the longitudinal passage of "three horizontal and one vertical" transportation network in northeast Chongqing, which will greatly change the traffic pattern of the Three Gorges reservoir area in northeast Chongqing after completion, and shorten the distance from Yunyang County to Longgang Scenic Area from the original 2 hours to 40 minutes, which is of great significance to promote the economic development of Yunyang County.
